I got a question regarding flexible payment and the customer service answered it well.

My log in, since I forgot my password and the google authenticator was remove from my phone. I email Deel help support and they responded right away.

This is my very first time using online payrolls platform, so I was totally new not only in this tool, this is my very first time working as a contractor, so many questions were made :)
I've talked to support team that helped me a lot to finish all my account setup.

I'm not seeing anything that could dislike until now.

Deel portal is totally transparent, so I can get all information that I need in a singlke page, like payments and the counter on how many days left until my next payment

It gives me many options to obtain my paiment in dolars, and It holds all my information about contracts

Cannot make trasnfers to third parties, this is a big issue to me.
Other platforms (Wise, Grabrfi, Payoneer, etc) allows third party transfer after providing the necessary documentation.
I've provided to Deel more information than the others, and still can only transfer to accounts under my name, this makes no sense.
So, when I receive payment, I have to transfer it to my personal Wise account, and only from there to third parties.
This is an extra step that makes no sense to me, I should be able to transfer my own money to thirds under my own choice.
But overall a good platform, easy to use and works greats, not bugs I could see

The only issue I had, I mentioned earlier, was not fixed.
The only solution I found was to use another site like Deel (Wise in my case)

It's easy to work with, very straight forward and helpful in the services it provides.

The withdrawals may take time and the comissions sometimes are higher than expected.
