What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes international hiring incredibly simple and compliant. I appreciate how intuitive the platform is—contracts, payments, and tax documents are all centralized and easy to manage. The customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, and the dashboard gives clear visibility into payment timelines and contractor details. It’s a huge time-saver for managing remote teams across multiple countries. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, some features—like customizing contract templates or accessing detailed reporting—could be more flexible. Occasionally, there are delays in payment processing depending on the contractor’s location or banking setup, which can be frustrating. Also, the pricing might be a bit steep for smaller teams or startups. the best E-wallet I have used. However, it keeps getting better and better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the challenge of getting paid reliably and compliantly as a remote worker across borders. Before Deel, working for international companies often meant dealing with inconsistent payment methods, unclear contracts, and tax confusion. Deel simplifies all of that by providing a secure platform where I can sign legally sound contracts, choose my preferred payment method, and access all my documents in one place.
For me, this means peace of mind. I get paid on time, in my local currency, and I have full transparency over my earnings and contract terms. Deel also helps with tax forms and compliance, which reduces stress during tax season. It’s empowering to work globally without the usual financial or legal uncertainty

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Deel for 3+ years and I can say that everything is great. The withdrawals are received almost instantly, they provide you with options if you're short on money such as early withdrawal or advances and the UI is simple yet complete. I love Deel!

Sometimes advances are not available for me but I guess it's based in the type of contract I have.

Sometimes is hard for people working outside of the US to get their money on time and with a fair exchange rate and fee. Deel does the job wonderfully.

I love that is so easy to use, let me add my foreign bank account and I can transfer my money directly with better rates than the ones I get when it's deposited directly.

When I leave some of my money there it doesn´t have any profit-earning capacity

It let me receive my pay in USD, so when I need to use my money I can use the deel card or transfer the money to my bank account and get a better rate of conversion to pesos
