Smooth Onboarding Experience as a Contractor
What do you like best about the product?
I recently joined a new company and started using Deel last week as a contractor. I was really impressed with how clearly all the onboarding steps were explained. Uploading my documents and adding my personal and professional information was very straightforward and intuitive. The platform guided me through every stage of the process, making everything easy to understand even for a first-time user. I also appreciate how transparent the payment section is—it shows all the details and offers several withdrawal options, including even a dedicated Deel debit card, which I found very interesting. Overall, the onboarding experience left me feeling confident and well-informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found anything negative in my experience. However, since I have only just started using Deel, I still need to use the platform more over the coming months to have a more complete opinion. For now, everything has worked smoothly and as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping me by making the contractor onboarding process much easier and clearer. Instead of dealing with complicated paperwork or unclear steps, I was able to quickly upload my documents and complete all the required information in one place. Deel organizes everything in a transparent way, especially regarding payments, which helps me feel secure and in control. Being able to manage withdrawals and even access a dedicated debit card makes receiving payments very flexible and convenient. Overall, Deel saves me time and reduces the stress usually associated with joining a new company as a contractor.

The platform log me out too frequent so it's kinda annoying, but I know it could be for security reasons

They keep you updated and are supportive of their workers. It’s a great place to start for some!

It’s hard to get a contract once you’re first in but I believe when you get one then it won’t be so bad.

Smooth, Easy, Sleek
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is the modern and sleek interface of both the website and app. It is easy to use and navigate so the experience is very quick. I like that your information is protected, and only certain personnel have access. It motivates the users to complete their profile and set up their account expeditiously. Also, Deel has a new rewards page that I feel will increase their popularity in due time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Deel is that it kind of feels esoteric meaning it is only directed towards a certain group of people and does not demonstrate it's capability to be used by any industry/profession.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping to organize my contracts that I may receive through my employer Handshake which started an AI research initiative. The project allows me to be eligible for any employment opportunities that match my experience and field of expertise. Deel just basically holds and stores all that information for them so whenever I get contracted to help within the project, I am already equipped and available to take on the job as well as receive proper compensation.
Great Platform for Remote Work, but Watch the Fees
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is a great platform for managing remote work logistics. It offers easy, automatic employer invoicing, which saves time and effort. The built-in time-off management feature is convenient and keeps everything organized between worker and employer. Withdrawals are simple and reliable, making it easy to access your funds without hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currency conversion fees can be high, especially for users withdrawing in different currencies. Additionally, the cash advance feature carries steep conversion fees on top of the standard charges, which makes it an expensive option in urgent situations. More competitive and transparent fee structures would improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel simplifies international invoicing, contract compliance, time-off tracking, and fund withdrawals, making it easier and more secure for me to work remotely and get paid reliably.

It's interface is superb as well as it's backend customer support team is actually very hardworking.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, nothing. Infact I like it so very much.

I sit and work remotely from India with a U.S. based company and my payments have been super smooth with all the tracking information provided.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has made it so easy to manage my contract agreement and income. The features are easy to use and customer support has been great to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that made the transition to Deel confusing is the standard contract language in the software. Our company essentially had two contracts to acknowledge in order to get paid. While both were accurate, it did create some confusion on the contractors' end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal allows our company to integrate our payroll and HR systems so we only have to log into one application.

What I like best about Deel is how easy it makes managing contracts and payments for temporary staff. As a tend staff user, I found it very efficient in tracking hours, getting paid on time

Made payments easy. Was able to receive my money from my contractor without stress. It also provides smooth transfer to my local account

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is bit slow, takes much time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deep is reducing gap between hiring agency and candidate as no longer need to worry about the different currency transaction. Document submission and verification becomes much easier for both sides.
