Easy to use, always on time with payments.

Time that ACH deposits can take. For example I requested a deposit and it is taking 3 days.

Card usually doesn’t let me pay in some sites. Withdrawals sometimes take a bit more than expected.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Deel immensely for its easy deposits, which have worked smoothly for me. The entire process is exceptionally straightforward and versatile, allowing me to manage my payments without hassle. I find the website particularly easy to navigate, and it assists me with important tasks such as handling the I-9 form, which I can conveniently send over for income tax purposes. The initial setup was pretty simple, and despite it being over a year since then, I recall it being quite effective. The fact that I rate Deel a 10 out of 10 reflects my satisfaction with its services.

I find Deel simplifies receiving payments with its easy deposits and user-friendly website, plus it assists with tax forms like the I-9 for income tax purposes.

Nothing is good about Deel - the platform is so clunky and there is no customer support or POC

Too difficult to onboard someone to the platform, and super difficult to terminate employment, too.

The rates and fees, those are low clear and no hidden fees when moving your money

The app is slow, the fees could be lower since competidors are lowering fees, and more discounts with learning services

I found it challenging when Deel had difficulty capturing my ID. The process required waiting for an email communication where I had to reply with my ID, which was inconvenient.

I like it because it is a good option for freelancers and has many money exchange options. Also, the fees for exchanges are not that high.

Sometimes I feel that it is not so intuitive in some things, it confuses old contracts with current contracts, or it is not clear how much money will be received next month. Sometimes it fails to load expenses.
