What do you like best about the product?
Fast payments to anywhere in the world, the ability to receive your salary in advance, transparent and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is very clear and convenient. Personally, I didn't notice any shortcomings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I work for a company remotely, it's important for me to receive my salary and have a completed contract in hand. All this allows me to receive payments remotely and view my contract at any time, which means it's safe and reliable.

I appreciate how easy it is to understand the system; simply by adding the bank details, I can set up transfers automatically. I appreciate the simplicity of using Deel for this purpose, as it facilitates receiving my money. One of the things I like most about Deel is the multiple options it provides to solve problems. For example, I had difficulties working with a specific bank, but the various options from Deel allowed me to resolve that issue without additional complications. Moreover, I like that Deel doesn't charge much for being an intermediary, making it an economical option. I also find that Deel is faster compared to Remitly, which was the service we used previously. The initial setup of Deel was very simple, which made the transition even easier. Overall, I am very satisfied with Deel, so much so that on a scale of 1 to 10, the likelihood of me recommending it to a friend or colleague is a 10.

I like Deel because it is a very simple and fast way to resolve most HR issues and process my payments. The interface is quite intuitive, and I feel very secure and comfortable using it.

I don't see any downside to using Deel, as we also have an in-person HR department at my job. Anything I couldn't resolve through the platform, either because I couldn't find the function or because it was something genuinely unsupported, I was able to resolve personally. However, if I were solely and exclusively dependent on Deel, this might be a negative point (though only very occasionally and for extremely specific matters).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't say that Deel is solving a particular problem for me, but it is certainly a great facilitator for receiving my salary and managing most HR issues and general company information, such as the organizational chart.
