Effortless Payments and Versatile Withdrawal Options with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
I get paid from my translator and interpreter services at Deel. The main company LLS uses it for the freelancers here in Ecuador. It is such a good payment method, it seems easy to organize staff payments. In my personal use, I think is great how there are so many options to withdraw your money. Also, it has some rewards to get discounts in different platforms. It gives you a Visa pre-paid card that you can use in your virtual wallet and pay all over the world (here in Ecuador works), I use it sometimes to pay things and avoid withdrawal fees. Costumer service is good. LLS integrates this tool in a very good way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of things I don't like. For Ecuador, there is no withdrawal method with little fees. To get a local bank transfer, it costs 25 dollars due that here they do not have the methods to pay less. Normally I used alternative ways to get my money on my bank, or I use the virtual card. But it would be nice with more withdrawal methods and less fees. Maybe something like Western Union or something
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is a great platform for people like me that works remotely and with foreign companies. I work for a interpreter company and I am getting paid there while I work in my home thousands of miles away the company.

Additionally, I love their speed; as soon as they send me the money, I receive it without delays. This optimizes my cash flow and facilitates my transactions with clients from other countries, where I offer my services. I also appreciate the initial setup process, which was really very easy and straightforward, requiring only basic information. Deel has become a reliable and efficient tool for managing my international payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of Deel that I think could be improved is the fees applied when making a direct transfer to a bank account, as I find them to be a bit high.

I appreciate Deel for its ability to provide a fast transaction process; I don't have to wait for the typical three business days to receive my payment, which is a major convenience. The availability of making advances adds a layer of flexibility that suits my financial needs. I find the debit card offered by Deel extremely useful, especially in the context of Colombia, as it facilitates cost-effective transactions compared to transferring money to a bank account, which tends to be more expensive. Additionally, I value the easy hiring process that Deel offers, as it simplifies an often complex administrative task. Lastly, the initial setup of Deel was quite straightforward, which made the transition smooth and hassle-free.

I think that transferring money from Deel to my bank account is too expensive.

I find Deel simplifies the hiring process and provides fast payments without waiting for 3 business days. The debit card option is cost-effective, avoiding expensive bank transfers.
