Ease of Use with Some Translation Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Deel, which makes it easy for me to get paid without complications. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple, which saved me time and allowed me to start using the service quickly. I also greatly value that Deel allows me to work remotely, which gives me the flexibility I need. I would definitely recommend Deel to my friends or colleagues, as I consider it a very convenient and efficient service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some concerns with Deel. Firstly, there are certain words on the platform that could have a better translation, especially in the general navigation. This creates some confusion and requires improvement in terms of linguistic accuracy. Additionally, the waiting time to receive the money in my account seems to be longer than expected, which can be frustrating when I need the money urgently.

I use Deel to receive my salary and work remotely, and I like how easy it is to use.
Deel Makes Payments Effortless for Companies and Employees
What do you like best about the product?
I think Deel makes it easier for companies and employees. It was tough to receive money before Deel, and I think they have a great product in hand, which makes employees and companies' lives easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any specific in mind but when I left my previous company I had some issues to log in and deep made me do a hand letter to be able to access my account and transfer my money, this took more than 3 days because of the entire process and I was very nervous about that. Bad process in this particular case.

It is very user friendly and the money comes when it is supposed from bi-monthly pay days for my part-time job.

I sometimes can’t find what I’m looking for right away and have to click every category to find what I need.

It’s making payroll an easy process for me to receive my checks quickly.

It's quick and always keeps me updated on what's happening with my money.

I wasn't able to make payments directly on the platform, unlike how I can with PayPal or Payoneer.

I like how fast they can transfer the money and get it available to my bank account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a fan of the "request an advance" feature, since if my account were ever hacked, someone could use it to request an advance and take my money, even if I didn’t have any funds available.

Different options to transfer and spend your money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not that I dislike it, is just that I'll love this option to be available. Either push notifications or text messages for money transactions in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding the Deel card option was a real game changer as you can transfer some money to it to make urgent payments with the card while you wait for for the rest of your money to be transferred to your account. This lets you manage your bills on time and still get the chance to get cash.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel is fast and clear in its operation, which allows me to stay informed about every financial movement without complications. Additionally, I appreciate the Deel app because it is super easy to use, very intuitive with clearly specified steps to follow, which makes the initial setup free of difficulties. This makes the process of moving my funds from the United States to Mexico and directly to my bank account efficient and hassle-free.
