What do you like best about the product?
I love the fast transactions provided by Deel as most platforms typically take 3 to 4 days to process payments, but with Deel, transactions are instant. This allows me to manage my finances, such as moving money for rent or other expenses, without having to plan a week in advance. I also appreciate the Deel card, which gives me the flexibility to use my funds without needing to transfer money to my local bank account. It serves as a secure payment method, especially when I travel. The platform's capability to pay me from different countries directly to my local bank account is invaluable as a contractor. Furthermore, I find the initial setup of Deel very easy, which is a significant advantage. Lastly, switching to Deel from PayPal and Rippling has been beneficial in having all services in one platform and offering better rates for contractors, which enhances my overall user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle a bit with the layout of the contracts as I find it confusing. I believe all documents should be in one place for easy access.

I use Deel for instant payments, getting paid from different countries directly into my local bank. The Deel card enables secure transactions and use of funds without transfer hassles.

Despite some challenges on the client side, my overall experience with Deel leads me to confidently rate it a 10 on the likelihood of recommending it to others.

I wish it was easier to create contracts with Deel as the process currently lacks sufficient verifications. This complexity has resulted in me losing around three clients who opted for other platforms offering a smoother experience. Additionally, the transition to Deel was initially difficult, presenting a challenge for my team.
