What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the seamless connection to my employer, who uses Deel to handle HR logistics. This direct linkage makes managing work-related processes much more straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I have only recently begun using it, I have not noticed any dislikesso far. Perhaps some advantages will become apparent with more time, but I remain quite skeptical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multinational HR and Payroll systems have made managing these processes seamless and convenient for me as a freelancer working with international companies, particularly those based in the US.

What do you like best about the product?
I think everything about Deel is very flexible and their customer service is amazing. The live chat feature, which is AI, is also amazing. Additionally, the initial setup of Deel was really, really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the fee discount could be improved. Sometimes it can be $20 or $40. That's all. But other than that, it's really good.

Deel solves all types of financial deals for me, which is amazing.
Deel makes global hiring and payments easy
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very user-friendly and intuitive. It makes contract management, onboarding, and payments extremely easy, even for people using it for the first time. Everything is centralized, well-organized, and transparent, which helps save time and avoid errors. I also appreciate how quickly documents update and how simple it is to track tasks or pending items.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike, but sometimes certain updates or verifications can take longer than expected, especially when waiting for approvals from different departments. It would also be helpful to have more real-time notifications or clearer timelines for each step in the process. Aside from that, the platform works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it much easier to manage international payroll and contract processes in one place. It eliminates manual tasks, reduces errors, and provides full transparency on payments, documents, and compliance requirements. This saves me time and ensures that everything is processed accurately and on schedule, which is especially helpful when working with teams across different countries.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a proven ro be an efficient platform for the administrative management ir compañías with employees in different parte of the world. Personally, it has made it easier for me to receive payments from my international contracts in my country, with a good exchange rate.

Time processing payments - although partially solved by the availability of the Deel card

Allows me to accesos employment contracts outside my country and guarantees payments in an efficient manner

Deel is extremely user-friendly and straightforward to navigate. You don't need any instructions to figure out how to use the platform, as the tabs are intuitively placed throughout the site. Reaching the section you need is quick and requires minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the page is easy to navigate, it does feel quite busy due to the numerous drop-down boxes and options available. Personally, I don't find it cumbersome or confusing, but I can see how it might be overwhelming for some users.

Deel is a self-reporting tool that streamlines the process of logging work hours, making it a smooth and effortless experience.

There is no customer support phone number, things can sometimes be resolved better by talking instead of having a bot give options that sometimes don’t align with an issue.

My money had been stuck for a couple of days and they helped unblock the issue with the transfer.

I use Deel for contract purposes. It manages payment, paid leave, normal leave, and human resource management effectively. I like that it is fast, accurate, and offers so many payment options.
