What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consider the following situation: I have an employee who works in South Africa and an employee who works in Bulgaria.
Prior to Deel, I would need multiple platforms to handle secure payments to both employees.
This is no longer an issue as Deel is available in 150 countries.

What do you like best about the product?
Very accessible and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
actually there's nothing to dislike about it. well there was one instance where the transfer got delayed but it got processed asap the next day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy transfer and money conversion, auto payments.

I really appreciate the reliability and speed of the payments. Withdrawals are processed quickly, and the automated notifications keep me updated every step of the way.

The exchange rates and withdrawal fees can be a bit high compared to other services, especially when transferring to local currency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel streamlines contract management and compliance. It benefits me by automating administrative tasks, allowing me to focus entirely on my work rather than paperwork.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes me feel really transparent when working remote and the customer service team responds really fast and supportive

Right now I don't think I dislike anything from Deel

Deel acts as a middleman between me and the employer and me, since im a freelancer im really afraid that if the employer will really pay me or not, but with Deel I feel much safer when doing business remotely

Easy to use, and iit's a one stop HR Tool, customer support is fast and resolves most concerns. I also love the Deel Advance and Deel Card

sometimes, if your pay is late by a few minutes, you get tagged as inconsistent pay roll

Depending on the equipment where the platform is opened, it can be a little slow.

Easy to use and organic. It makes everything smoother.

I don't find many downsides, probably should implement dark mode (it may already have it but I haven't found it yet).

reviewing and signing my contract was much easier than expected, also I can manage my payments however I prefer.

Deel Payroll makes managing international payroll extremely simple and reliable. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and removes much of the complexity around compliance, payments, and documentation across different countries. Payouts are clear and timely, and having everything centralized in one place saves a lot of time and reduces errors. Overall, it’s a very smooth experience for both companies and contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel Payroll is very strong overall, some workflows could be slightly more transparent, especially when it comes to approval states or pending actions. In a few cases, small details require checking multiple sections to fully understand the status of a payment. These are minor issues, but improving visibility and status clarity would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Payroll solves many of the common challenges contractors face when working with international companies, such as payment delays, unclear payout details, and complex documentation. It provides a clear and reliable way to receive payments on time, track earnings, and access contracts and tax-related documents in one place. As a contractor, it reduces uncertainty and administrative friction, making the overall work experience much smoother and more professional.
