Deel has a sinplistic process and ease of use for all hour tracking and payments.

Payment schedule has not always been on time.

That they send me a notification every time I get paid, so I'm already waiting for the income.

No dislike, but I haven't found any calendar on Deel, I think it could be really helpful.

It's able to provide me multiple options to get my payment internationally. There is not many platforms that provide various options and also shows the estimated lost amount for international transfers, and what is the best one to consider, etc..

What do you like best about the product?
The aspect I appreciate most is the simplicity of onboarding international talent. Deel completely removes the headache of legal compliance and contract generation. The platform provides localized contract templates that are legally sound for almost any country, which gives us peace of mind. Additionally, the user interface is modern, clean, and very easy to navigate for both the admin and the contractors. The automated invoicing and variety of withdrawal methods for our team are also huge pluses.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is great, the exchange rates and FX fees can sometimes be slightly higher than dedicated money transfer services. It isn't a dealbreaker, but it is something to watch out for when processing large multi-currency payrolls. Also, while customer support is generally good, response times can occasionally be slower during peak periods or end-of-month cycles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the complex problem of hiring and paying a global workforce without needing to set up legal entities in every country. Before Deel, managing invoices, tax forms, and different payment rails for international contractors was a manual, error-prone administrative nightmare. Deel centralizes everything into one dashboard. It saves our HR and Finance teams roughly 10-15 hours per month and ensures we remain compliant with local labor laws.

I appreciate Deel for ensuring my salary is paid on time, which is really important to me. I also like the Deel advance feature since it allows me to access additional funds when needed. Plus, I found the initial setup of Deel to be very easy, which made getting started a breeze.

I don't like that Deel advance isn't available at times. It should be available at all times.

Moreover, the bank transfer feature is convenient for me. At times Deel can feel a bit pricey, and some features take a little time to get used to, especially when you’re just starting out.

Deel addresses the main difficulties involved in hiring and managing employees across various countries, such as understanding local labor laws, ensuring contracts are compliant, and handling international payroll. By consolidating these processes into a single platform, it eliminates the hassle of dealing with taxes, regulations, and multiple separate systems. Personally, this allows me to recruit talent globally without the fear of making legal errors, pay my team promptly in their local currencies, and dedicate more time to meaningful work rather than paperwork and administrative duties.

They are quick with their work and doesn't bother the user much and also they don't charge any fee

There is a time period between money sent by client and the money seen in the balance

Money transfer between different countries and it is benefiting me as I am getting my payment from USA in usd to India in INR and they are not charging any fee

I like Deel for its easy approval process and straightforward navigation. Also, I find the Deel Advance feature very supportive, as it gives me easy access to my salary when needed, like during my mom’s hospitalization. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy.

Deel provides easy approval and navigation. When needed, like for my mom's hospitalization, Deel Advance gave me easy access to my salary.
Reliable platform for global freelancers, but tax support needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes international contracting feel effortless. Payments hit on time, currency conversion is transparent, and the interface is simple enough that I don’t have to think about it. Support is quick, and the whole workflow feels reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tax guidance for Indian contractors is vague. I end up double checking everything myself because the platform doesn’t clearly explain GST, zero rating, or compliance scenarios for different client setups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes all the friction in getting paid by global clients. I can work with US companies smoothly, get paid in dollars, withdraw to my Indian bank without issues, and keep track of everything in one place. It cuts out all the paperwork and lets me focus on the work.
