I didn't like that it took over a week to get my paycheck cleared. I also found some areas a little bit confusing, especially the steps to confirm all the basics, like uploading a picture. There was trouble trying to sign up for my contract, it felt a bit mixed up, and I think it should be a little faster. Lastly, during the experience, it felt like responses kept getting cut off, causing some confusion.

I use Deel to receive my paycheck, but it takes over a week for it to clear, and some steps are a bit confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Deel's efficiency and the professional responses I receive. I really enjoyed how understanding they were of my issue and how quickly it was resolved. The initial setup was very easy.

I was having issues connecting my Payoneer as a payment method to my account.

No dislike, but I haven't found any calendar on Deel, I think it could be really helpful.

It's able to provide me multiple options to get my payment internationally. There is not many platforms that provide various options and also shows the estimated lost amount for international transfers, and what is the best one to consider, etc..

What do you like best about the product?
The aspect I appreciate most is the simplicity of onboarding international talent. Deel completely removes the headache of legal compliance and contract generation. The platform provides localized contract templates that are legally sound for almost any country, which gives us peace of mind. Additionally, the user interface is modern, clean, and very easy to navigate for both the admin and the contractors. The automated invoicing and variety of withdrawal methods for our team are also huge pluses.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is great, the exchange rates and FX fees can sometimes be slightly higher than dedicated money transfer services. It isn't a dealbreaker, but it is something to watch out for when processing large multi-currency payrolls. Also, while customer support is generally good, response times can occasionally be slower during peak periods or end-of-month cycles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the complex problem of hiring and paying a global workforce without needing to set up legal entities in every country. Before Deel, managing invoices, tax forms, and different payment rails for international contractors was a manual, error-prone administrative nightmare. Deel centralizes everything into one dashboard. It saves our HR and Finance teams roughly 10-15 hours per month and ensures we remain compliant with local labor laws.
