What I dislike about Deel Payroll is that the transaction fees can feel a bit high, especially for certain international transfers or payment methods. While the platform is efficient, the costs can add up, which might be a consideration depending on the payment frequency and business size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even though I haven't had major problems, just a couple of system updates. Deel is solving the big challenges of international payroll and compliance for me.

I have been using this mobile app recently, and at first, I noticed that its performance needed improvement because it took a while to load. However, over the past two weeks, I have felt that it is working better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an employee, Deel Payroll ensures that I receive my payments on time. I also appreciate being able to view my payment history and download my payslips whenever I need them.

The best thing about Deel is that the exchange rate is accurate, payments are seamless and quick.

Nothing as such to dislike, maybe just giving out an option to withdraw and send the money to the bank account automatically

This platform offers a quick and efficient way to configure and transfer my money. It also appears more professional and secure compared to other platforms I have used.

This platform can be a bit difficult for those who are just starting out.

My company was searching for a way to process payments more quickly, as previously the payment window ranged from the 1st to the 10th of each month. Now, with Deel, they claim the payment process will be faster and that payments will be made by the third of the month.
Seamless Onboarding and Intuitive UI Make a Winning Combo
What do you like best about the product?
The compartmentalizing approach. For example, I like how seamless the onboarding was. Each phase was broken down into tiny steps that prevented it from feeling overwhelming, considering the amount of information that was required. The intuitive UI played a significant role in making my experience smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I had was with the Bank Account. I was expecting to fill form fields with my bank account details. Instead, I was prompted to upload my bank account details as a file, which felt less appropriate and convenient to me compared to what I had originally expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes off the burden of having to manually handle paperwork exchange with my clients, as well as making payment seamless.
