Deel Revolutionized Our Global Hiring Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has proven to be the single most transformative platform for our company’s global expansion strategy. Before Deel, managing an international team was a fragmented, high-risk administrative nightmare. Now, whether we are engaging an independent contractor in Southeast Asia or onboarding a full-time employee in Europe via their Employer of Record (EOR) service, everything is managed through a single, stunningly intuitive dashboard. Deel doesn't just simplify global employment; it completely removes the operational friction of hiring across borders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no problem with Deel I think it is very good and it eliminate a lot of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving beyond EOR, Deel’s Global Payroll functionality is robust. Approving monthly payroll takes minutes, not days. The system accurately handles complex gross-to-net calculations across numerous jurisdictions, factoring in local taxes, mandatory benefits, and currency conversions instantly. We get a single, clear view of our global workforce costs, which has dramatically improved our budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
Effortless Payments, Perfect Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I'm new to using Deel, but I found the payment process really fast and the transaction to my PayPal was smooth. It gives me peace, as I don't have to wait long to receive money from Deel to my PayPal, which helps me organize better. The initial setup was very easy; they didn't ask for impossible things to set up Deel, which I found very nice. Even being new to Deel, the first payment from a new platform is usually stressful, but this was very smooth, and I loved it! Overall, I'd give it a 10 because it has been a great choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Everything is perfect so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the challenge of receiving payments from US clients while being in Latin America. It offers fast transactions to my PayPal, providing peace of mind and better organization.
Clean, Intuitive UI and Seamless Pix Integration for Brazil
What do you like best about the product?
Pix for Brazil, really clean UI and simple to use, really straight to the point
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrated store. Personally I rarely use it even in other bank apps (but maybe I should reconsider this since there are some pretty great discounts soemtimes)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The other payment provider my company was using was being really slow and having some issues, so we moved to Deel in order to reduce errors on payments, such as delays
Financial Management in Dollars and Total Income Control
What do you like best about the product?
The main advantage I find in Deel is the ability to receive my income in US dollars and have a detailed record of each transaction in the money flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage I have noticed is that there is no Deel card available for making purchases within Chile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, Deel offers a platform that facilitates more transparent financial management, clearly showing the flow of money.
Effortless Time Tracking with Foolproof Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Deel is to use. For some jobs, I've had to have an actual timesheet that I would have to write on paper and then submit at the end of the pay period. But with Deel, it's easy because I can just put in how many hours I've worked and type in the description of what I did for those hours. It's as easy as that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike it, the system is a lot better than my last two jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel cuts out miscommunication about my hours, tracks them properly, and gives me clear payment dates, helping me manage my work finances.
Efficient Transactions with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find Deel very efficient for my salary and money transfers. The service is smooth and effective for my transactions, with no problems encountered. The initial setup was very easy to use as well, making it almost perfect for my needs. I would rate it 9/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think linking other banks for more options would be beneficial since I currently use GCash because my bank isn't linked to Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deel for my salary and money transfers. It's very efficient and effective for my transactions.
Quick and easy payments and flexible payout options
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get paid and I can choose my payment methods even after I receive a paycheck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to auto withdraw up to x dollar amounts per payment to multiple payment methods would be great; currently I only see the option to auto withdraw x percent to each payment method. Also an option to earn interest on balances I choose to keep in Deel would be great.

Makes it quick and easy for me to get paid

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Deel. The interface is simple and easy to work with, and the support I get from Juan Rojas has been great - he’s responsive and always helps me sort things out on the same day. Most of all, everything works the way it should, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me is the price it’s on the expensive side. If it were more affordable, it would be close to perfect for my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy everything is with Deel. The setup was very easy and self-explanatory, and transferring is easy and convenient. Everything I've experienced with Deel works well and I think everything is good.
