What do you like best about the product?
I like Deel because it is easy to use, and the advance pay feature is really helpful. I'm able to get a cash advance for making a payment or dealing with an emergency, which is super convenient. The initial setup of Deel was very easy and self-explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more actual customer service reps and not just AI. There should be an option to speak to a live rep.

I appreciate Deel for its convenience and user-friendly interface. It's really easy to navigate, especially for someone like me who isn't very techy. The initial setup was a breeze with easy-to-follow steps, and although I only use Deel for my current job, I'm even planning to persuade a client to switch to Deel from Upwork.

Everything about Deel works well, from contracts to invoices, and payments happen on time, with funds credited to the wallet instantly, and transfers only take a few minutes. The initial setup of Deel was also very easy and user-friendly, from setting up an account to signing documents.

Deel connects me to HR, especially for payroll and leave requests. It's easy to navigate and access documents. Deel Advance is helpful in budget shortages. Contracts, invoices, and payments work well, with instant credits and fast transfers.

I appreciate that I can use my virtual card without any fees, and it's also convenient that I can use the card directly in many countries.

There were some unrecognized charges on my account, so I asked them to help me figure out what was going on. Even though the amount was zero, it's dangerous to have those transactions, so I contacted them and they offered me a second card and immediate cancellation so that my money would be safe.

I love that I don't need to know a lot to create a contract with someone, and the platform is very friendly, so you can't get lost. Everything is handy and convenient. The initial setup was really easy and quick, and as someone new to the digital world, I appreciate how straightforward the system is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I had was linking my Payoneer account to Deel. I wasn't aware that this process could only be done on the computer. I was trying to do it on the mobile app and didn't have a warning that it wasn't possible to do it there. The only thing that could improve is letting the customer know how they can properly link their accounts to Deel or that this kind of process needs to be done only on the online website.

Deel helps me connect with contractors and get paid easily despite living in a different country. The platform is user-friendly, instinctive, and notifies each step. The flexibility in withdrawal methods helps me organize my finances by setting specific amounts to different accounts.

The variety of withdrawal types that the platform has. Its own electronic card, which does not incur any cost when you request it and with which you can make purchases. The advantage and support for collaborators, such as discounts on applications, cashback, and allowing you to advance your earnings without additional cost.

The high exchange rates to applications like DolarApp or to a local currency bank account such as banks in Colombia.

Being able to have my money in the currency I desire, for example, I use Binance to have my salary in USDT, which allows me to avoid problems with inflation, and if I am in another country, I can deposit in that country's currency.
