I primarily use Deel to onboard as a contractor, handle invoicing, and receive international payments without worrying about compliance or payment delays. I like how Deel simplifies international payments and compliance while ensuring reliable, on-time payouts. Deel removes the complexity of international payments and compliance, ensuring secure contracts and on-time payments. The initial setup was simple and user-friendly. I would recommend Deel to friends and colleagues because it simplifies global payments and contract management, ensures compliance, and provides a reliable overall experience.

Support response times can be slow at times, and fees could be more flexible for freelancers and small teams.

Effortless Contractor Onboarding, Needs Faster Approval Process
What do you like best about the product?
I like Deel because it's pretty easy to use and has good instructions that are easy to follow. It works well as an HR system for being a contractor, offering all I need to work with another company as a contractor. The setup was fairly straightforward and the onboarding was quick, taking about an hour, although identity verification took around 1-2 business days, which I feel is reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I got paid based on time. I updated my time sheet, however, the employer has not approved after more than 2 weeks. I don't know how I can ask them to review it. I'd hope Deel could inform the employer and follow up with them to get the approval. There should be a timeline to approve the payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deel to sign contracts, get paid, set up direct deposit, and verify identity. It's an easy-to-use HR system with good instructions, covering all my needs as a contractor.
Variety in Withdrawals, But Improvement in Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I like the options that Deel provides for withdrawal and the possibilities it offers to simplify my payments. It allows me to have many withdrawal options, which give me the possibility to choose the best system for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of use of the application is sometimes not intuitive. Additionally, the account opening process is sometimes unclear for creating a personal account rather than a corporate one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to charge fees from a foreign supplier and simplify my collections with various withdrawal options, allowing me to choose the best system for me.
Efficient Payroll Solution with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel helps manage payroll even for companies not listed in India. Also, the salary gets credited to my bank account within 24 hours. My company pays on the 31st in AED, and it's credited to my Deel account on the same day, so I have it by the 1st. The initial setup was very easy, especially with the Google SSO login.
What do you dislike about the product?
For India, they should include UPI payment option for fastest money transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps manage payroll for my company that's not listed in India. It ensures my salary credits to my bank within 24 hours, improving financial reliability.

The app feels a bit too heavy on Android, which affects its performance. I also found it difficult to get in touch with customer support. Additionally, there are a few banking features missing that have resulted in some extra costs for me.

I use Deel as my dashboard to receive and accept job offers from Magic. It helps streamline the process of acquiring job opportunities. I love how easy it is to receive tasks and be compensated immediately through my Deel wallet. I love the convenience it provides me. Deel has given me a lot more agency as a freelancer. I use it with my Magic Workspace and AI, which helps with coordinating all the tasks, payments, and responses I get from my employer. The initial setup of Deel was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the interface? Some of the things on Deel feel a little vague if you're not already proficient with platforms like it.

Deel streamlines acquiring job opportunities and offers the convenience of receiving tasks with immediate compensation through my wallet. It provides agency as a freelancer and coordinates tasks and payments with Magic Workspace, despite some vague interface elements.
