Great tool for team's improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It allows team members to interact on specific calls (or part of them). Significant data analysis part, which makes it easy to track KPI and progress. In call analysis is pertinent and very helpful for our managers and coach. Customer care +++++, always here when you have a question or problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API with our CRM (Pipedrive) works great but could be improved (more CRM information on Modjo).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sale's team efficiency and best practices uniformization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to listen to calls for all sales roles to stay closer to the field, spot patterns, crowdsource information, and find best practices; I like being able to ensure coaches are providing feedback to their reps thanks to the analytics; and I like sharing calls with non-sales functions to give visibility. Customer success is 10/10

There is nothing I dislike about Modjo per my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having new reps be able to instantly shadow thousands of calls in order to onboard faster; having AEs have full visibility into BDR<>prospect interactions prior to demos; ensuring reps are receiving regular feedback from their coaches

In my opinion, the only weakness is the lack of integration to our CRM, preventing us from collecting the status of our pipe.

Modjo is the best alternative to Gong
What do you like best about the product?
We used Gong at the beginning, but, it's twice more expensive and it's so much work to search for calls to listen, the support is disastrous and the adoption within the team was really poor. Our sales team is around 60 peoples, each of them are making around 30 calls per day. It was obvious that we were looking for a tool to help us improve our performances.
With Modjo we pay a reasonable price and the adoption in the team is really high. Consequence : we increased our conversion rate about 10% (and 50% for the sales that were in difficulties).

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the tool is great and the team is really involved in our project!!! Sometimes it can be more work than I expected to search for previous calls but since they developed a notification feature that push the best calls to listen I would say that they solved the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say :
1) onboarding new sales, thanks to the library
2) unified sales pitch and killing every objections,
3) motivate and give inputs with concrete situations

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Every gong user should see what other competitors can do. Gong have probably the best sales team but not the best product.
