What do you like best about the product?
Modjo enables our Sales to learn faster best practices from their peers, and our Team Leaders know which call to focus on to coach their team efficiently. The tool is also perfectly integrated with our tools stack! It's a real game-changer, especially for our newbies!
What do you dislike about the product?
We miss the CSV export to get all Modjo data when we need to go deeper in our analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call listening wasn't convenient with Aircall. Modjo helps our Sales to listen to the most relevant ones, and this has a significant impact on their learning curve.

User-friendly interface, comprehensive functionalities, lots of great analytics, it has become our number 1 sales tool!

Would love it if languages would be auto-detected for international sales team

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Modjo is being able to comment on a specific part of a call and tag colleagues at the right moment. It's a tool that effectively allows for improvement!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sincerely, there isn't much that I don't like. There is a small delay before being able to retrieve the call, but that is quite normal!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time with Modjo because I don't have to listen to calls at normal speed, which used to take me a lot of time. We can also focus on specific themes, which is great!

It's a good tool, but you have to really use it and change the way you work to make it really useful.

The product is relatively new, so there are still some technical issues, but I'm confident in the fact that they will improve them soon

- Some API's/connection issues sometimes, but it is also normal since the product was launched really recently
