A Complete Conversational Intelligence Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Its conversational intelligence capabilities have significantly enhanced our customer interactions. There are several standout features:Accurate and Contextual Responses, Personalization and Customization, and Easy Implementation and User-Friendly Interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the implementation process is smooth, mastering the full potential of Modjo's capabilities requires some time and training. Although the tool provides ample documentation and support resources, a more intuitive and guided learning experience would be beneficial, especially for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modjo solves problems such as delivering personalized and accurate responses, providing data-driven insights, and enhancing efficiency, have greatly benefited us by improving customer interactions, boosting conversion rates, and optimizing our marketing strategies.

Decepteive management of Billing and bad customer care. We got charged for year without using it

What do you like best about the product?
We trusted Modjo during their early steps as a startup in France. After a year of working with it, we moved to a more advanced tool. They kept charging us, assuming a renewal that was never agreed upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's terrible when a company puts money above customers. It's not only the technology but the people behind it and the treatment we received is not recommended to anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording calls and getting charged with no reason

Great call listening insights

What do you like best about the product?
I use Modjo to listen back to my calls and my teams. It is easy to navigate and access as calls are automatically synced and uploaded. I find it very helpful to use as a learning and reflective tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls take a bit longer to sync than usual, or if I have to manually upload a file I'm not sure how long I have to wait. Although this is a very minor problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modjo is helping me improve my cold calling skills as I am able to easily listen back to calls, pause them, annotate them, and even tag others in them. It also has great visibility for other team members.

Great tool to keep a central repository for all our sales calls

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share recordings, the tagging system
What do you dislike about the product?
Somehow complex to implement - I had the Zoom integration struggle for a few weeks before I could make it work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to record all our calls into Zoom and then share them in Slack. It was complex, slow, and as result nobody really watched the videos.

Now we have build a scalable system to do this.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great for building sales metrics to determine our entire sales cycle. Great for onboarding new sales with the library features. We did great coaching with the team and focusing on the call that matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could start building AI features to give tips during the call. That would be amazing, for instance: if a sales forget to ask specific questions, Modjo could let him know instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve the hiring process with a use case because we can now easily share some great calls that can bring content to candidates. Of course, it also helps the sales academy. And also the day-to-day coaching.

What do you like best about the product?
Modjo allows us to share knowledge within the sales team and to adopt each other's speeches; In a second phase, it also allows us to receive comprehensive feedback from our co-founders. The tool is easy to use and very intuitive. Integration with Slack allows us to be alerted to every comment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the speaking times lack precision and alerts about comments made arrive more quickly on Slack than on Modjo. These elements do not represent any obstacles in usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete transparency on the sales teams' pitches, exchange of best practices. Very easy to be inspired by the founders' speeches and to get their feedback in a precise manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to collaborate with co-workers, ask for reviews and save best practices
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not use Speech-to-Text, jkjkkkkkkkkkk
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: hard to share best practices among the team, harder for junior to learn from senior co-workers, especially as we are working remotely. Wasted time rehearing calls as we could not hear calls on accelerated speed.
Now: easy to get feedback, share good practices, save time

What do you like best about the product?
As a Growth Manager, collaborate with our Sales Team is key to have the best insights and be sure our projects are coordinate.
For that, I love to use the Modjo chatter directly available next to the recordings to deepen on the use cases instantly with our Sales.

Thanks to Modjo, I've now a better vision of the reality of the business and I can learn a lot about our customers and prospects - really helpful for a Marketer to be an expert on your target (that's how the best ideas come!).

I know that it is in the roadmap but the Salesforce integration could be improved!
