What do you like best about the product?
Easy to collaborate with co-workers, ask for reviews and save best practices

I do not use Speech-to-Text, jkjkkkkkkkkkk
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: hard to share best practices among the team, harder for junior to learn from senior co-workers, especially as we are working remotely. Wasted time rehearing calls as we could not hear calls on accelerated speed.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Growth Manager, collaborate with our Sales Team is key to have the best insights and be sure our projects are coordinate.
For that, I love to use the Modjo chatter directly available next to the recordings to deepen on the use cases instantly with our Sales.
Thanks to Modjo, I've now a better vision of the reality of the business and I can learn a lot about our customers and prospects - really helpful for a Marketer to be an expert on your target (that's how the best ideas come!).

What do you like best about the product?
Modjo enables our Sales to learn faster best practices from their peers, and our Team Leaders know which call to focus on to coach their team efficiently. The tool is also perfectly integrated with our tools stack! It's a real game-changer, especially for our newbies!
What do you dislike about the product?
We miss the CSV export to get all Modjo data when we need to go deeper in our analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call listening wasn't convenient with Aircall. Modjo helps our Sales to listen to the most relevant ones, and this has a significant impact on their learning curve.

The product is relatively new, so there are still some technical issues, but I'm confident in the fact that they will improve them soon
