What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use
- Great tool for sales to improve, sahre best practices and ensure everyone is performing at their best
- Great tool for manager to coach their ICs

The platform lacks a public API, but that's not a problem at the moment.

Great software! Modjo's AI capabilities are a game changer

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature is Modjo's ability to analyse recordings and split them in different chapters. This makes it easy for me to skip irrelevant parts of the recording and really focus on the important parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I start a call in Google Meets, Modjo triggers a push notification asking whether I want to record the meeting. This is not ideal because I first need to ask for the participants' permission to record before hitting the record button. So I usually end up declining the request and then start the recording later on. However, this is definitely not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysing recordings and ability to share parts of recordings with the rest of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to find all my calls in the same place, so that they're properly logged in salesforce and I can see trends in the topics they cover.

We've set up call replay routines and it's become quite transforming for our sales team.

Whenever a sales person has a question following a call, they can mention me on modjo and I receive the link on slack.

Finally, I can share the recording of the meeting or just the passages with objections to my prospects in my digital sales room topo :)

the solution is powerful, precise and complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing special so far.
Perhaps a closer integration with salesforce fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboard my reps and coach them on a daily basis.
Share my calls with my prospect in my digital sales room.

What do you like best about Modjo?
Modjo helps me prepare follow ups reducing my sales cycle and improving my close rate. I can easily find the moment i want to listen again.

What do you like best about the product?
- Good account management support for launch & follow ups
- Ease of use
- Ability to tag calls and build a library to facilitate onboardings
- No code implementation (we were already working with Aircall / Hubspot / G suite)
What do you dislike about the product?
- we had some call quality issue but they were not related to Modjo but impacting the usage => dependancy to other tools

What do you like best about the product?
- Recorder that enters calls where you are invited (eg. enterprise sales calls) - no need to be host to record
- Easy UX to review calls
- Livenotes add-on to tag people during the call (comment linked to precise moment in the call)
- Summary with AI

From a sales perspective, I am super focus on my conversation during a sales call as I take way fewer notes. I am confident I can come back to them, use the AI summary and some livenotes.

Also, to share sales best practices, extract from sales call to handover to customer success team or share info to product team.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have the discipline to use the recording. The app could nudge you (and your team) more to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
My sales team and I record every meeting with Modjo !
It enables us to :

Great tool for listening to sales call & optimise your onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to set up and to use. The AI works very well and takes really good notes which helps sales save time & helps me keep my CRM clean. My AM was great, always pushing me new solutions and tips to better use the tool and coach my sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey & they are a bit strict when it comes to licence engagement. But that's pretty common in the Saas industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Modjo, I created a sales calls library which helped me better coach my team and speed up my onboadings. The tool also helped me go through calls more quickly, henced saving some time. Finally, the AI takes really good notes which help sales save some time while in the meantime keeping the CRM clean.

What do you like best about the product?
The team are constantly adding innovations and features.
The team understands the complexity of European languages in their developments.
The team were very honest in the weaknesses of theirs and the competitor tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI struggles still with European languages - many translations were inaccurate
Tool is dependent on the quality of your phone software and the quality of the call, many bad sound calls were unusable for data or analysis.
