What do you like best about the product?
We use Modjo for training, coaching and onboarding of new joiners.
Best way to onboard and coach our revenue team. It helps us reduce the sales cycles of our deals and improves our close rate.
The solution is very easy to use and they constantly adding innovations and features. By the way, there is a real team work between Modjo and us to improve features and to customize them to our context.

What do you dislike about the product?
This solution is a support for driving change, modifying the way companies work. The technical solution is very good, but it is important to think about adapting it according to the company's context to maximize its adoption in large sales team.

Amazing tool to increase sales performance!
What do you like best about the product?
As Head of Partnerships, I often act as a support for my sales team on deals. I love how easy Modjo is to use, and the fact that I can easily analyze demos and our sales team's performance. I use Modjo daily to track conversations and insights that our customers are raising, specifically about our integrations, and try to find opportunities where we can involve our partners to maximize closing. Finally, a word about the Modjo team - they are a pleasure to work with and are extremely responsive to our questions/requests. Keep it up team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, Modjo responds to my needs and is a great tool so there is nothing I can say I particularly dislike.

Modjo is helping me to analyze the trends in conversations that occur between our prospects and clients, allowing me to better train and inform our sales team, and also provide feedback to our engineering team as to what features / integrations need to be added to our product.

What do you like best about the product?
Modjo has become a real game changer for our company. Thanks to Modjo, we've been able to adjust and review our sales processes to achieve continuous performance. Individual coaching with our teams is much more precise and factual, so we are constantly questioning our sales arguments to aim for the best possible conversion rate. It's clear that Modjo is essential for standardising our processes and instilling a culture of continuous learning in our teams and throughout the company.

I can rewatch my calls to be very precise on my deals, but also coach the team with their calls

It's a no brainer that it improves the closing rates of all the AE team, but also the pipeline generation by SDRs

I would like the comments generated by the AI to be more personalizable, but the first step they took is already great

Taking notes during the call is a problem because you can not focus on what's important : conversation with your prospect / client
Modjo helps a lot to be efficient on this, and not loosing a single piece of valuable conversations that can bring a lot of money to the company
It's also long to onboard new joiners in the Sales team but also in other departments (CS, Products)... with Modjo they can have a direct and precise understanding of Sales conversations with the market
