A perfect tool for the continuous improvement of sales
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to tag managers or colleagues to get constructive feedback on a blocking issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics side is the feature I use the least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a junior, this solution allows me to develop skills more quickly and to be comfortable with self-analysis.

The language barrier. The transcript is not correct in some cases

When creating projects, Modjo can provide a simple and fast overview of the transcript.

- A super smooth UX that allows centralizing and utilizing all the information from our prospect/client meetings

What do you dislike about the product?
- There are still areas for improvement regarding the use of transcripts with AI, but the topic is part of the roadmap!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Modjo allows the optimization of information collection/synthesis from each of our phone/visio calls.
- It also allows us to identify the coaching levers for our teams (which themes to prioritize, etc.).
- It allows us to streamline the transfer of information between different teams (AE / AM / CSM / Product).

Managing all the information that is delievered in sales conversation used to be a nightmare - I can now find very easily the information I need when I need it.

- sometimes quality of customer support: it takes several back-and-forth messages for my issue to be understood & it costs me some time.

We use it within a French sales team and we want to develop it further with our international teams.
We use Modjo to:
- Record our calls
- Listen to our calls or those of our colleagues
- We use it almost like a social network to comment, exchange, share
- We use AI summary tools for our clients
- We conduct case studies and training with the recordings
In short, the list is long, but it has become indispensable to our team and our performance.
It also serves to brief our internal teams on our exchanges with our clients and/or leads.

It takes time to get started with configuring a powerful tool, creating libraries, scripts, but we are extremely supported by our account manager who presents us with new features and tips every month!
I think it's a matter of freeing up time on our side!

The team is amazing: flexible, proactive, friendly, and always available to support.
The product is evolving fast and in the right direction. We're also able to take part to the roadmap.

Confident about Modjo ability to catch up with the existing US big players (e.g. Gong) in terms of product capabilities.

Great tool to get quick access to interesting topics, review specific moments within calls, and self-enable the sales team to bring higher performance.
Transcription is great overall.
Their Customer Support team is top notch too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's all perfect. You can use it in a very basic way if you want but you can also go deeper in your understanding of the platform and use the all set of features to its full extent.

Modjo helps to bring higher (and faster) performance in all customer-facing roles by improving everyone skills. You can use it both for onboarding your new hires or upskilling your existing teams throughout the year.
Modjo also bring all your meetings notes into 1 place in your CRM, automatically and bring insights to other teams not directly in contact with the field but still in need of getting accurate information about prospects and clients.
