AI Tool for tracking calls

What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to give me the transcript of my calls and to be able to look back on the notes of the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its inability to suggest email follow ups, summaries are sometimes inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me the play by play of our conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
Detailed analysis of calls, its collaboration features, automation with CRM, and its support for sales coaching, which helps teams optimize their performance and simplify customer tracking!
What do you dislike about the product?
A high cost for small teams. And the occasional inaccuracy of transcriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modjo improves sales quality, simplifies data management, and promotes a culture of continuous performance, thus helping to optimize the effectiveness of the sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
As a salesperson, modjo allows us to not lose any information. We can focus our attention 200% on the meeting and not lose track with overly long note-taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes complicated to find passages in the transcription, it requires quite a bit of time and energy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modjo allows me not to miss any element that I might have forgotten during a business meeting, even the smallest details.

What do you like best about the product?
From a business perspective:
- It allows revisiting hyper-critical parts of a meeting, retrieving information that might have been forgotten, retransmitting the wording used by the prospect, and having the information during handovers.

From a personal perspective:
- The tool allows analyzing calls, identifying points for improvement, and selecting only the relevant passage. The "transcription" function is also extremely practical for quickly finding information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The comments from the transcription are not always optimal.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Modjo daily to record my client interactions and be able to revisit them at any time. The tool is very useful both for note-taking and also for making progress and getting feedback from others on certain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes encounter bugs: modjo or the note tool does not trigger at the beginning of the video calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I use Modjo for all my clients meetings to be able to record every topic covered.
It helps me a lot for my mail summaries and also to be focused during my call not taking notes on my TO DO as I know that everything is registered and notes are taking. It's a life changing tool as for my strategic thinking to take a step back and plan but also for my operational tasks as they are all listed.
I love the fact that we can get back to a specific point/ moment of the discussion and share the call with other internal collaborators to be able to cease the moment.
It enhances the product devlopement inetrnally as we can share insight and feedback from snipets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislik about Modjo except when the note taking do not appear during a call for any reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving tool very efficient for my daily tasks
Remind me of the discussion that I can replay over and over again
Note taking taht can get me to a specific point of the discussion
Share snipet internally with my manager, tech product and team mates
Onboarding my new team members

What do you like best about the product?
Modjo is an important tool in supporting teams on a daily basis. It is very useful for the goal of skill development for new employees as well as for the implementation of new processes. Modjo also allows for the sharing of information between different teams and for recording important exchanges with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Modjo to be even more useful in saving time on time-consuming tasks such as meeting reports. The AI is coming but still needs to be optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collection and historical recording of customer information
Sharing and inter-team collaboration
Support / coaching of managers

What do you like best about the product?
Modjo is very practical for sharing information with people who were not present at the meeting. It is very fast, and it saves a lot of time on exchanges, and promotes a written culture. Modjo also allows for asking for opinions/advice from one's professional circle, which greatly simplifies skill development. Finally, note-taking is simplified. Time is no longer spent writing down all the information during a meeting since everything is recorded directly in the CRM thanks to Modjo. The team is also very present if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modjo could go even further on the use of AI (propose clearer next steps, implement tasks on the CRM based on what emerges from the exchange, simplify the visibility of note-taking on the CRM)
