Enormous time saver and effectivity enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me so much time, as I do not have to concentrate on making notes during the meeting, but purely focus on the meeting itself.
However, the best part of it is the AI summary, particularly the "Ask AI anything" feature, which allows you to inquire about a specific meeting or account (covering multiple sessions).
This part brings so much effectiveness and helps me build the offering exactly to the customer's needs.

There is nothing at the moment!

What do you like best about the product?
Using Modjo has had a real impact on our whole performance in Sales and CSM.
From a CRO point of view, it helps us capture and structure every customer interaction, so nothing slips through the cracks. The AI summaries and CRM filling automations save us hours of admin work, letting us spend more quality time with our customers. We’ve also been able to spot common objections and replicate what our top performers do, which has lifted overall conversion rates and shortened ramp-up time for new hires. On top of that, the deal visibility and coaching insights give us the confidence to focus on the right opportunities and close them faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the amount of insights is almost overwhelming — there’s so much data that we had to fine-tune our process to focus on the most relevant ones. But that’s also proof of how powerful the platform is.
Also , Modjo evolves so quickly that we need to keep our team up to date on the new features. It’s a good problem to have, because the product keeps getting better but it does take time

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modjo helps us solve two big challenges: on the sales side, it ensures every call, email, and meeting is captured and analysed so no deal falls through the cracks, and reps can focus on selling instead of admin. On the CSM side, it gives us full visibility into client conversations, so we can better track expectations, anticipate risks, and spot upsell opportunities. The AI summaries, coaching insights, and CRM automation benefit both teams — saving time, improving consistency, and making sure everyone is aligned on what was said and what needs to happen next. As a result, we’ve seen smoother deal cycles, faster onboarding of new hires, and stronger customer relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, friendly and clear interface
Everything is well thought out: transcripts, research options, reaction monitoring, speaking time, generating follow-up emails automatically, and synchronising reviews with our CRM.
Automations and AI are in just the right places to make our lives and our clients easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
The generated follow-up emails are sometimes a bit shaky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge gain of time when it comes to synchronizing notes from calls with our CRM. Everything my clients say, mention or comment about is tracked and logged for us and it's paramount for our CSM activity.
Recording calls too, we always send the recording after our calls.

Great product for product teams
What do you like best about the product?
It connects automatically to my meetings, and the video and transcription are generated very fast.
I use it everyday, sometime to record my meetings, sometimes to re-read and remind me of the next steps (which are also automatically generated), or key points I might have missed while on call.

easy to use, very easy to implement and integrate in our day to day and stack tools. all the sales team love it and use it multiple time per day. Our CSM was really helpful bringing best uses cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe can do an effort on the branding, colors and admin interface.

We had lot of sales reps who sepending lot of time on the crm to fill informations, and with the Hubspot integration modjo was able to fill 95% of the CRM' fields. Also we had a problem in our win rate. Our sales cycle was unclear and some sales were facing difficulties in some sales meetings.
An Indispensable Sales Companion: Constantly Improving, Seamless, and Truly Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Modjo has made tremendous progress, and it truly takes a huge workload off my shoulders. As a salesperson, I use Modjo on a daily basis and I honestly wouldn’t know how to manage everything without it. The demo summaries keep getting better, and the integration with Salesforce works flawlessly every time. What I especially value is how responsive the team is to our requirements and suggestions — they keep improving the solution week by week.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to downsides, I honestly struggle to find any. I’d almost have to force myself to make something up, because nothing really comes to mind.

Modjo helps me save a tremendous amount of time by automatically capturing, summarizing, and structuring my sales conversations. It eliminates the manual effort of writing down notes, creating summaries, and updating Salesforce — everything flows seamlessly. This allows me to focus fully on my prospects and customers instead of administrative tasks. The quality of demo summaries has improved a lot, which makes it easier to review key points and share insights with colleagues. Overall, Modjo enables me to be more productive, close deals faster, and maintain a much better overview of my pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to give me the transcript of my calls and to be able to look back on the notes of the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its inability to suggest email follow ups, summaries are sometimes inaccurate.

I use Modjo for all my clients meetings to be able to record every topic covered.
It helps me a lot for my mail summaries and also to be focused during my call not taking notes on my TO DO as I know that everything is registered and notes are taking. It's a life changing tool as for my strategic thinking to take a step back and plan but also for my operational tasks as they are all listed.
I love the fact that we can get back to a specific point/ moment of the discussion and share the call with other internal collaborators to be able to cease the moment.
It enhances the product devlopement inetrnally as we can share insight and feedback from snipets.
