Nothing really. We had an early request to build business case 'chapters' and that was fixed by the product team.

Symbe has helped me streamline the process of building business cases to help secure deals.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Symbe is how it simplifies the entire workflow. The ease of use is remarkable, making it quick and straightforward to develop presentations using ready-made templates. This allows for a polished result in a fraction of the time. Additionally, the platform's features for client collaboration are seamless, making it easy to communicate and incorporate feedback in real-time, ensuring a more interactive and productive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found anything I dislike about Symbe. It's been a smooth experience so far, from creating presentations to collaborating with clients. Everything just works efficiently, and it covers all my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Symbe is solving several key problems, particularly around the time and effort needed to create high-quality presentations and collaborate with clients. By providing easy-to-use templates and streamlining the design process, it significantly reduces the time spent on formatting and structuring presentations. The built-in collaboration tools make it easy to gather client feedback and make real-time adjustments, eliminating the back-and-forth of emails. This benefits me by improving efficiency, speeding up project timelines, and ensuring clearer communication with clients, leading to more successful outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
We're in a space selling to insurers that has rather long enterprise sales cycles. We use Symbe to help quantify the value of our solution and demonstrate a clear reason for first buy or expand business with existing clients. The solutions saves us a lot of time in building business cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Having seen their upcoming roadmap, I'm very excited about some of the new releases.

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe makes it easy to apply value-selling across the entire sales cycle. I can generate a business case in seconds and it enables a metric based discovery with my prospect from the start of the conversation. I can also invite my champion to collaborate with me on the business case which helps them then take it to their stakeholders. It has saved me a lot of time across the entire sales process and equally, has sped up the whole sales cycle with my buyer, as it's helped get the budget holder conversations in earlier.

Nothing, it's doing everything I had hoped it would.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool uses value selling at every step of the sales process starting with discovery. I no longer have my team creating custom ROI calculators and slides.
The AI features in the platform are super useful, as it takes all the financial outcomes and generates the narrative of the business case automatically for you. Extremely efficient and the reps love it!

Symbe has helped us introduce a faster paced value-selling model, by introducing business cases into each sale. Our AE's are all selling on the same value-model and collaborating with their prospects, enabling better deal qualification. Symbe's intuitive AI tools, saves us days of time per month, allowing us to focus on pipeline and closing. Super cool tool that uses AI in the best way.

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe simplifies the process of showcasing our business results. As a Digital Health company, effectively connecting health outcomes with business outcomes is crucial in guiding our prospects toward a buying decision. The business cases we create with Symbe provide a persuasive story with a clear ROI, making it straightforward for our Champion to secure internal support. The AI-generated executive summary builder is also impressive, saving both me and my Champion time by creating a draft for senior stakeholders so we don't have to do it ourselves.
