Helps my reps take KPIs and metrics we track on validation and turn it into a story
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to be in a sales cycle where you can capture tangible data to tell a story. This is not a criticism of Symbe, but instead knowing how and when to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping take data and tell a story to prove ROI, increase ACV and multi-thread
Delivers an additional meaningful but realistic ROI presentation to my prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to use, and very customisable. Can be adjusted to suit all customers, industries, and also adjusted down to be more conservative for any more skeptical customers on ROI reports. Has actively helped in my sales process to close Enterprise customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot at this stage, all going OK so far and helping close my deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ROI report for customers who need it as part of a business case when presenting to boards.

Symbe streamlines value selling, making it simple and effective. The templates are intuitive, easy to use, and flexible, ensuring they fit nearly every deal scenario. It’s become a useful tool for optimising our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note so far, no issues or complaints.

Making business cases more aesthetically pleasing and easy to understand to a mix of stakeholders.

Symbe is one of the single most useful and important tools in helping me as a seller break down internal stakeholder walls with efficient and comprehensive business cases that clearly outline the benefit of our products and potential ROI for the purchaser.

I would potentially like to be able to edit some of the slides into other decks sometimes but understand why this is not necessarily possible.

I like how easy it is to use and the fact that we can store saved templates in Symbe so we are not creating business case presentations from scratch

I wish there was more customization to make it easier to edit slides but the product is still new and they are innovating at a rapid pace

It allows me to efficiently build out a business case presentation for internal stakeholders to review. Since I can do this so quickly using Symbe, it often gives me a leg up in my sales process and positions me more as a trusted consultant

It saves a lot of time editing slides that are based on value/metrics that change a lot depending on use case/customer. Easy to use and flexible. Great off-the-shelf visuals

Nothing currently, a few additional features will be nice as the platform evolves

Time taken to build bespoke business cases for customers. Symbe helps with the creation of slides that are easily customised based on business case data extracted from customer calls/meetings. The visuals look professional and helps with champion credibility building

If you know how to sell based on value in makes you unbelievably more efficient, productive and successful.
If you don't it's a great tool for learning, testing and developing.
It's amazingly helpful throughout the whole sales cycle and building champions.
