What do you like best about the product?
If you know how to sell based on value in makes you unbelievably more efficient, productive and successful.
If you don't it's a great tool for learning, testing and developing.
It's amazingly helpful throughout the whole sales cycle and building champions.
The champion owns the business case, Symbe give them the power to make it theirs.

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe has become a critical part of our sales process. It makes it incredibly easy to create tailored business cases for different types of customers, whether we’re selling into enterprise, mid-market, or new verticals.
The ability to build repeatable templates means we’re not reinventing the wheel each time, and the integration with HubSpot keeps everything tight and trackable. We’ve gone from “we think this is the value” to “let’s explore the value together.” That’s powerful.
Our team loves using it, and customers appreciate the transparency. Win-win.

Symbe is solving the challenge of building clear, credible, and customised business cases at scale—helping us speed up sales cycles, align earlier with customers on value, and build stronger, trust-based relationships throughout the process.

Symbe is super intuitive to use and allows me to communicate the value of our tools to customers in easy to understand value slides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of during initial usage over 3 months.

Symbe helps our team clearly communicate the value of our solutions and get quick customer input. We have a high-volume and high-velocity pipeline, Symbe lets us apply value-selling across our pipeline without needing to choose between deals
Enahncing the Velocity sales experience with Symbe
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to guide sellers to gather data and craft a value-based conversation from the first call using Symbe. It is a great tool to qualify out of deals that are not real, while focusing time and attention on the deals where our solution can make a big impact. It is easy to use and our sellers started winning deals with the tool in under 6 weeks.

N/A. The Symbe team is a great partner to us and we've built a tool for our business that is purpose fit.

NHS Trusts are very thoughtful of ROI. They have little money to invest so quick ROI calculations early in the sales cycle are important

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe has been instrumental in helping our enterprise team adopt a consistent, value-driven selling approach, especially in complex enterprise deals. The platform's intuitive design makes it incredibly easy to collaborate effectively with prospects throughout the sales cycle. I also value the seamless integration with HubSpot, which allows me to access and manage my business cases directly within my CRM workflow

There's not much to dislike, if you don't create business cases regularly some additional guiding prompts could be helpful for newer users.

Helps me to get executive and board level buy in to invest into HubSpot's CRM platform.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is extremely intuitive and easy to use, I define unique outcomes for each prospect and create a custom business case based on their specific needs. The new integration with HubSpot is making things even more seamless. Symbe team is a pleasure to work with, they've been helping a lot to learn the platform and get the most out of it.

nothing really, I do love the tool and keep finding some new cases how to use it
