What do you like best about the product?
Avanan Cloud Security Security Solution is a must-have for any business. It protects email solutions from Malware and Phishing attacks. It offers one-click setup, DKIM/SPF/DMARC enforcement, breach detection, and data leakage protection that makes it one of the best solution for email cloud security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly pricing per user could be a little better. This would help users try all the features for some time before switching to the annual plan. However, the product is good, one wouldn't regret using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped all aspects of email security and management- Anti spam filtering, Malicious URL protection (URL Reputation), Data loss prevention (DLP), Data loss prevention (DLP)

Best protection against email phishing at a good price
What do you like best about the product?
I like how its easy to install avanan, for me installation, configuration and deployment took a few minutes. I like also that it intergrates withnour o365 suute well . Lastly its able to prevent phishing emails that have even gone past our ATP and that provides us with the ultimate security Solution
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that a few times it has quarantined or flagged emails that are threat free and that has led tobus missing some important information and breakdown of communication. Though am still trying to do further configurations to address this, but still it works well for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has been a victim of multiple cyber attacks and ransomware demands that originated from emails. So we needed a good solution to monitor and protect us against phishing emails, data loss and spamming that may compromise our data and IT security that's how we need ip buying Avanan and it has delivered the necessary security and Protection against phishing emails.

There are various things that i like about the avanan cloud email security

Another good part is anti-phishing and more good thing about it is it provides reports on a certain time period over all the server at a place helping us to recognize possible threats if any.

Not much to dislike about the tool, everything is awesome.

As discussed above, Avanan Cloud Email Security has been great for our organisation since more than a year for now. It's been our security partner and i am sure it will be in future too. The best part is it's helping our it department to achieve new goal every time as they don't need to worry on security purposes related to emails and file sharing. It has helped us in saving budget over security services and has helped us in achieving our different goal prior time.

Avanan - The Best-In-Class Email Security Solution.
What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Avanan as an email and spam filter solution. This tool is being used by my organization to monitor and secure many other client environments. The business problems that Avanan addresses are phishing and spam filtering. This helps to block suspicious emails before they reach clients, ultimately adding an extra layer of protection against potential phishing attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
We appreciate the product updates from Avanan, but it's sometimes difficult to keep up with all of their revisions because we're busy enough running our businesses and don't often have time for constant research. When we see a change has been made to the program we rely on, it could take us days or even weeks to get back up to speed on that particular topic. We understand this is something the development team wants to avoid so we're happy to go over any plans they may have ahead of time especially if they want feedback before they move forward with their ideas!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avanan is being used to prevent a lot of annoying and potential dangerous situations. One prime example of this was when Avanan’s EOP engine connected to Office 365 Active Directory without any issues whatsoever and within mere moments, blocked messages in over eighty different languages - all it took was one single click from our side.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Avanan Cloud Security is reliable and we use it in our organization to provide cover and protection from attacks that permeate through our default security tools. It helps us avoid the business problem of being targeted by phishing emails.
Avanan email security does the job. Stop SPAM and phishing as it claim to do!

We used Avanan as our primary email security to stop SPAM, phishing, and other malicious content delivered over email in the organization. We used it with our office 365, pleased with it. SPAM and Phishing reduced. Now that Check Point acquired Avanan, i hope that it will be even better with Check Point's complete cyber threat protection systems
What do you dislike about the product?
Hugh rate of false positive. i guess that it can be reduced by better tuning of the system. I wish to see integrated educational tools for employees to recognize phishing emails

High rate of spam and phishing emails

Very good email security system. Fully integrates with Microsoft and Google email services. Solid security capabilities eliminating SPAM, Phishing risky URLs etc.
Amazing Cloud Anti-phishing Tool for Enterprise Security
What do you like best about the product?
Simple tool that helps monitor, detect and prevent malicious emails and attachments and automate quarantining them with policies and rules
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is quite laggy and isn't very accurate with quarantining. At times, the UI doesn't display emails or information properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with multiple phishing or spam emails from my day to day life to analyze and investigate on emails. One of the benefits I observed was that once the AI learns the algorithm, it automatically quarantines the next emails that come in that are similar
A competitive email security solution
What do you like best about the product?
Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security is easy to implement and use. It also has a good ratio of detecting spam emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emails that have non-English or unpopular website links can cause false positive detections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security, we do not need to implement an additional email security gateway.
Featured and Sharp Blade for Mail Security
What do you like best about the product?
In distributed environments, this blade can be configured easily and satisfy mail security with traditional mail filters. Content filters are working pretty well, and as a security admin, you are free to configure with flexible settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sandboxing features could be improved to catch advanced mail attacks and compressed files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have big infrastructure and have big data and network handling avaliablity of the services is struggling. Availability is pretty easy with the Check Point cause the products gives that confidence and can handle the stress while constantly working the features and engines.
