Nothing in particular. The support team is very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataGalaxy allows us to have a shared glossary within the company so that everyone speaks a common language and to connect business and IT.
Datagalaxy is a quick win, functionnalities are clear, so efforts are focus to business

Access managament not so easy to implement and to manage.

Business intelligence reporting was a black box concerning the data sourcing. Now, Datagalaxy describes our datahub solution, which is the major data sourcing for business intelligence.
Improvement of datahub scalability thanks to the impact analysis , we have a better visibility of the reports which are concerned by these types of change.

DataGalaxy definitely worth it, for teams whore new to the platform. The continuous improvements based on user feedback make it a powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tthe customization options are somewhat limited which prevents us from tailoring the platform. we have noticed that customer support more responsive as there have been delays in receiving assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataGalaxy enabling us to organize and analyze our business data. This enhances our decision making processes. Boosts productivity within our organization.

Able to indentifty what data we have available, where it is stored, who owns and how it can be accessed. Also determine where is used and the critically of it. Offering quicker insights so faster decsions can be made.

The only point will be that the adoption of DataGalaxy may require a learning period for teams unfamiliar with the platform, which could temporarily slow down operations.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is a common place for Business and IT, including a glossary that is the key to speak a common language and understand each other. The graphical lineage makes it easy to analyze the data travel. This is the solution to forget your Excel glossaries, difficult to share and update.

If only my company could have known DataGalaxy before !
