User Interface quite confused our team because FW separate team to develop eg. Freshdesk and Freshchat , the data dont sync

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsworks as a whole has always been welcoming and supportive of our business ventures, willing to assist in our very technical flows. Eager to solve core problems we might experience, they have been nothing but a delight. Even with a vast number of companies they still provide personalized support. The implementation of their CRM and ITSM tools was easy and feature rich.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of freshworks is not always 100% a downside, its usually a business preference, where we are South African based but Subscriptions are USD based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Core business problems solved by the freshworks product suites ranges from accurate lead conversion tracking to round robin based lead assignment, we have managed to run our contracts for subscriptions through freshsales to track user status' as well as what products they have signed up for.

Solving major problem in terms of accuracy better integration , lead management

What do you like best about the product?
The time it takes to get used to Freshworks when you implement it is straightforward, It is nice and easy to implement and get the process of the ground. The user base is very easy to use and getting the system to how you like it is very nice. This is now used every day by our IT teams and the integration is being considered by other departments.

The backened system is quite hard to understand, There customer support is very script based and doesnt help in all cases.

Implemented a very good IT system and helped us massivly in IT.
A great CRM option for SMEs
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is responsive and the features are sufficient for small to medium-sized operation. Integration with other apps also appreciated, however, they could add more in their marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving features that were previously available in a lower-tier subscription to a higher-tier subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unifying customer records for sales, marketing and support purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
UI and simplicity. I love that it is so simple and easy to use Freshsales. It is also easily integrated with other tools.

It doesnt have a strong CPQ module and they could make that better.

It helps with my day to day CRM management

Freshsales provides the basic CRM functions

The chance of a new feature working properly is far less than 50%. Freddie's AI is stupid, nothing compared to the rest of the market. e.g. the chatbot is useless and Freddie destroys lead scoring and can't be turned off.

Upon automatic renewal of my subscription, I asked them to refund me as we were not going to need it for the upcoming year.
I had to negotiate hard to get my refund, which is not ideal, but in the end, they did it, which is fair.

Freshworks eneqble smy business to properly collect prospect leads and interact with those leads using email automation and sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics part it helps maintaining the operations and SLA like RT FRT.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intelling assign feature doesn't work always. It impacts overal average SLAs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep maintaing SLAs. Provide fast and quick resolution to customers via chat. With the help of data we were able to improve our operations.
