Excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate through this program. This tool is a welcomed resource for our sales platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is using this as a sales proposal tool. The integration into GMAIL and our internal programs, make this an extremely beneficial tool to have at our fingertips.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to format a personalized proposal every time. I have the ability to store my own content to have the needed materials is one location
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes of the product. The only issue is not know all the capabilities of Highspot. But the more I use it the better I like it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick turn around time on proposals and supporting content.

The tracking information when you send something to a client. You can narrow down what they focus on and target your next conversation toward that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. The interface is very user friendly. The metrics are easily trackable. It is linked with other company programs. I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of access to all my information sheets and the integration between Highspot and my company's other programs has been an amazing tool to help me send proposals and input information into these proposals so easily. Also, I am not wasting a ton of space in my computer's memory!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a tool to put all of your information into one, easy to use place, this is it!
Useful sales platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Easily customize sales proposals and presentations. Also the ability to present proposals online to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no issues that come to mind, it is a very useful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better access to sales information, Highspot is a great platform to share sales information with potential clients.
Highspot has changed the way I use my files and organized my digital resources!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't use paper for much of anything anymore. All my files are accesible and organized. I love that I can insert a large presentation using email pitch. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a great while, my connection to Highspot in Gmail goes away.

Accessibility to files from corporate, file sharing and sending large files.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access a vast library of content and tracking emails that have been sent make it easy to know exactly when you clients are looking at you proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to search for content by keyword. It would be nice if all content were labeled the same to make this eaiser
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the questions of did the client get the proposal. Just knowing that a client has opened my proposal allows me to follow up at the perfect time.

Highspot puts all of my sales and marketing materials in one place and we can access them anywhere.

The ability to look at all the analytics of each sales person is huge and we also can review them as a group.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes emailed info from Highspot doesn't make it to the destination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know when clients open and download our proposals. I know how many proposals my team is creating and sending out.

Highspot has changed how my sales team works for the better. It's one of the best things our company has done in years.

It's a very intuitive product, easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a more interactive presentation feature, such as screen share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is very versatile, I use it from sales pitch presentations, all the way to unpaid invoice email tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to find updated, relevant information to send my clients. It is also a plus to be able to see what pages of a proposal my clients view and the time and the length they spend on each page. This gives me insight into what products they are most interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there is so much information now that it takes a bit longer to find exactly what I need unless I save it to my personal spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has helped me find detailed insight into many consumer profiles that help me have more efficient and effective conversations with my clients. Being able to share statistics rather than only my personal or professional opinion is extremely valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can track who opens what and how long they spend on specific information
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find information. The description sometimes doesn't bring back what I need and I spend time looking for one sheets or other information b/c it doesn't match what I type in, even when I know it's there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know what works with cold email and how well subject lines work with opening or not opening an email. You can tell what works and what doesn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it. It's very valuable when you can see who is opening what. When they are opening emails and how much time they are spending on certain information. You can tailor your phone call or visit to this info. Also, if someone is not responding but opening emails you know they are still there and can continue to follow up.
