Great tool to prescriptively push the right content to Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot was easy to implement. The team, from sales to account management, were great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look of "Share Pitch" in an email is not customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to centralize content, making it easy for reps to find. Marketing wanted visibility into what was being used. Lastly, we wanted to replicate best practices. Highspot solved all of our problems.

Great tool for any organization looking to arm their sales team with the right tools when/where they need it.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is an intuitive platform that has seamless integration with tools our sales team rely on. We searched for months to find a sales enablement platform that included all of our requirements, Highspot was the only one that even came close.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. If there are any feature requests from our team, Highspot works quickly to ensure those features are rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team struggled to locate marketing collateral and sales tools to share with prospects and customers. This problem has been eliminated entirely. We also had limited insight into our prospects were interacting with content, Highspot now enables us to gather in-depth insight on a macro and micro level.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend purchasing Highspot to anyone in marketing or sales.

What do you like best about the product?
HighSpot is very easy to use, and requires no html.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to collaborate on assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our 1-stop-shop for sales to go for any collateral, competitive info, ppt decks, etc.

It's a great solution, but definitely requires a single point person to support managing the platform

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see when prospects open and read emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting numerous notifications if I open an email I sent to a prospect. Also, cannot see how long a prospect looks at a proposal when sent in HTML form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales. Highspot makes it easier to gauge interest of prospects because you can see how long they view the material you sent them. It's also helpful with follow-ups because you can see when a prospect is at the office.

It make your work easier to send items to your clients & to track them looking at your attachments.

I don't dislike anything about this program, I think it works great.

We now know if a client is viewing our emails & how many times they view it.
Love the technology.

I like being able to track who has opened emails or who has not had time. Either way I use it as a to do list to follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like my inbox stays crazy full with all of the tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am tracking sales for my business and engagements. I realize I send things out and forget about them, once they open and it is tracked I use it as a reminder to follow up.

I love that we are able to view when our client opens and views pitches we send them!

I dislike that when I view the email sent, it shows that someone opened it. I always think it is the client but in fact it is me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and time scheduling! am able to follow up much faster knowing they have seen information sent to them.

Use this with everything! It allows you to always stay connected with your clients and understand their decision process much faster than any other product.
