What do you like best about the product?
Highspot simplifies the process of finding, managing, updating, and analyzing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenge I currently face with Highspot is its integration with Salesforce, as I primarily use Salesforce as my main CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot makes it easier to find, manage, update, and get analytics on content.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to quickly and accurately gauge customer reposnse to email marketing and time critical documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspot is a lot to learn however it is a solid investment for any sales organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot enables me to understand what customers are opening.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is very user-friendly and has endless capabilities for strategic marketing campaigns to reach your customer base. I love the organization of spots and plays, as well as the Salesforce integration features when emailing a new pitch to a customer. It's an amazing way to track analytics and customer engagement from Highspot and Salesforce. As an organization, our sales team uses it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like about Highspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strategically reaching my customers throughout the school year and providing them with easy ways to preview our supplemental curriculum. Being able to track customer engagement benefits me by reaching out with additional information and scheduling Zoom meetings to present and do digital walkthroughs.
Highspot Drives Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot's UI is easy to use for any kind of user persona and the customizable landing page and integrations make it simple to correlate content to user and have the user leverage the content. Implementation and integration is easy on the platform, it is more difficult on the content governance side than within the platform, adding content is easy and keeping content up to date is a quick step. We find users can easily visit Highspot and acquire their content / share content and move on to other tasks fluidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspot tries to be a coaching company and a sales enablement SaaS application at the same time, which can cause misalignment. The platform has a lot of features that increase the cost to use and it's difficult to map RoI to those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing content into a single source of truth referenceable by our sales organization.
This is a great sales tool!

It allows you to share valuable information with your customers

Nothing really to dislike about the platform.

It allows me to reach multiple customers and confrim they've read my content.
Information gaining
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can search for presentations related to meetings and content. It is easy to navigate. They also provide templates and logos for creating presentations which is super nice.

I am not sure what I dislike about Highspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to gain information about new and old content that I did not know. It is a useful learning tool.
Highspot makes content in large organizations easily accessible.
What do you like best about the product?
Large organizations have a massive amount of content/job aides for their workforce. Highspot helps organize and categorize the content so its easy to find and make your own content library.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime content can reside in multiple places, making it overwhelming.

Maintaining content that spans every role/job in our company in an organized fashion.

it's the holy grail for sales - all data gathered in the same place

the extra (manual) workaround, copy/paste, ...

Setting up folders. They should automatically be placed in alphabetical order

I don't have to bring my laptop with me out in the field & find it easier to use Highspot on my iPad.
