Useful tool, one of the better LMS's out there.
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, clean interface. Great LMS compared to the other ones out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
They ignore bugs entirely too often, in favor of developing new features. They will also regularly go back-and-forth on time estimates for fixes and feature rollouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated spot for branded assets, one/sheets, etc. Also useful for internal employee training.
Perfect For Sales Enablement and Sellers Alike
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is very easy to use. Our company uses it daily wether it's uploading content, creating Pitches, or finding resources.
I've reached out to Customer Support a few times and have gotten timely responses. In addition, my Account Manager is very insightful and is always willing to help.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I don't necessarily dislike this - their Learning Management System leaves some to be desired. It's rather basic but I believe this is a newer feature they're growing into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content can live in tons of places - when considering a sellers role, the last thing they want to do is log in to various systems to find a single peice of content. Highspot certainly solves that!
Additionally, sending content to prospects is very important. Being able to track insightful analytics let's the sellers know who is opening what, but also let's Sales Enablement + Product Marketing know what's working.

Highspot : storage and management of content made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
All the content pertaining to the organisation are at one stop, features like edit using google slides and easy sharing of content to external stakeholder's are made so much easier. Customer support is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
People might get easily lost initially when they start to use as the dashboard is quite packed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing all the content at one place, as it was difficult earlier!

Highspot has given me more time to be productive in other tasks as the pitch templates and Gmail integration has been fantastic!

No dislikes or complaints at all! Highspot has been great!

The Pitch templates have been very useful as well as being able to view analytics on prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspots AI search and easy to use layout for the end user is some of the best parts of the platform. Plus it's ability to integrate with so many other systems, makes it top of the class.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to have a social media like platform for communication could be improved, not necessary. You can communicate to content creators.

The challenge I currently face with Highspot is its integration with Salesforce, as I primarily use Salesforce as my main CRM.

Highspot makes it easier to find, manage, update, and get analytics on content.

Allows me to quickly and accurately gauge customer reposnse to email marketing and time critical documents.

Highspot is a lot to learn however it is a solid investment for any sales organization.

Highspot enables me to understand what customers are opening.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is very user-friendly and has endless capabilities for strategic marketing campaigns to reach your customer base. I love the organization of spots and plays, as well as the Salesforce integration features when emailing a new pitch to a customer. It's an amazing way to track analytics and customer engagement from Highspot and Salesforce. As an organization, our sales team uses it daily!

I haven't found anything I don't like about Highspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strategically reaching my customers throughout the school year and providing them with easy ways to preview our supplemental curriculum. Being able to track customer engagement benefits me by reaching out with additional information and scheduling Zoom meetings to present and do digital walkthroughs.
Highspot Drives Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot's UI is easy to use for any kind of user persona and the customizable landing page and integrations make it simple to correlate content to user and have the user leverage the content. Implementation and integration is easy on the platform, it is more difficult on the content governance side than within the platform, adding content is easy and keeping content up to date is a quick step. We find users can easily visit Highspot and acquire their content / share content and move on to other tasks fluidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspot tries to be a coaching company and a sales enablement SaaS application at the same time, which can cause misalignment. The platform has a lot of features that increase the cost to use and it's difficult to map RoI to those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing content into a single source of truth referenceable by our sales organization.
This is a great sales tool!
