Great solution for content management & engagement tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize tags so content is searchable by Internal only vs external/customer-facing, by specific use-case, by persona, industry, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending content through Highspot via a "pitch" means they receive an email from a generic email address as opposed to from me. It creates the appearance that I might be SPAM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending more relevant content, more often. I have greater engagement and can see when clients are sharing & downloadiong content.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature, by far, is the search functionality. It works so well, and it's surprising how effective it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. Honestly everything works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually searching for datasheets and other internal resources on the spot while on sales calls. The search functionality makes this very easy.

Sometimes the search results are little off.

I've used it primarily as a resource for training and direct outreach to prospects.

Work on the training modules when you first start, it'll save a lot of hassle rather than asking everyone where everything is.

I am learning how to use the bookmark feature to move content from one spot to another. This is new and not as intuitive as it could be

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Highspot is it is easy to use and provides high level information quickly. When we send documents through Highspot it allows me to see who I need to spend more time with as it shows who engage in the content and for how long.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing bad to say or can think of a negative experience with Highspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that time efficiency is everything in this business and by having a reliable tool to utilize and send my prospects information I can solve having to create all of my information and miss that window of opportunity.

What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility to the content I'm looking for at any given moment
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides at the moment. I tend to not use marketing material as much as others when it comes to prospecting, more on the a post demo follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up collateral for a specific client type after a demo. I'll hit on what we touched on in the demo but including that material helps with other uses cases that we may have not hit on.

Effective way to bridge the gap between sales and marketing teams

What do you like best about the product?
From a marketing perspective, the visibility into what pieces of content the sales team is using is immensely helpful. It helps us keep them accountable and provides insight into any gaps in materials. The user-friendliness (especially the search feature) is an added bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a few trainings to get the team to understand the concept of "spots" as opposed to folders and how to generally use the platform. However, we ultimately garnered 100% adoption (which is phenomenal for our 100+ person sales team!), so it wasn't a complete barrier to entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a single, organized repository for our sales and marketing collateral. We had been previously using shared drives and email, which are catalysts for confusion (not to mention the pesky permissions difficulties). Highspot is helping us provide autonomy to the sales team – encouraging them to search and find materials on their own, build specific decks for certain clients, and more – as opposed to leaning on Marketing. We can now focus on other initiatives that benefits the business, with the confidence that sales is armed with everything they need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an all-in-one solution to bridge the gap between sales and marketing teams, this is the one! Our team was meticulous in researching sales enablement platforms - with a swiftly growing sales team that was getting increasingly difficult to wrangle, we couldn't afford to implement the wrong system. Using Highspot has made an incredible difference with our sales team - they now have direct access to marketing-approved content and can even add their own spin on pitch decks and other items in order to have more productive, personalized conversations with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who uses Highspot daily and works with different content & organizing it, my job would be so much more difficult without Highspot. Once you get familiar with the product, you realize how many options there are that really allow someone to enable their sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
For people who are not familiar with Highspot, I've seen mixed reviews. It is not always clear about how it works and where to find certain content. There are also features (as an admin & spot editor) that I would like to see to improve my experience making Smartpages & organizing content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows me and the rest of my team to enable the rest of Sales to effectively do their job. Highspot allows us to simplify the process of finding & using content necessary to do their job, as well as gives them the ability to make their own versions with it.

Highspot allows me to help equip our sales team. the email pitch function is great

What I dislike actually has nothing to do with the tool. People want to treat the search like a google search rather than an e-commerce/amazon search

Managing content for each stakeholder in the sales org. Sales people are more equipped and onboarded faster

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is crucial for me as a salesperson. We are a 1000+ person company and have a very complex internal mix of products and processes. Highspot allows me to easily search for documents that I either send externally to add value to clients or use internally to understand how we can sell our products. Very useful for me and I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to not like about Highspot, but if your company is not very organized and does not have someone who manages and updates all the content it can be quite tough to find what you are looking for or access the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Highspot we are solving the problem of having readily available resources for sales and company enablement. Instead of asking around or trying to connect with people in another office highspot makes it easy to easily find the answers you are looking for as well as provide prospect and clients with our external-facing content marketing material.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a large organization with lots of internal documents, Highspot is a great place to enable your employees to easily enable themselves and find the resources they are looking for.
