Top-Notch Content Management System for Sales & Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has an absolutely amazing basic search feature. As sales reps, minimizing the number of clicks per accessing content is crucial, and Highspot seemed to magically know what I was trying to access the vast majority of the time with simple search, just like Google would.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of downsides, however the extension to include Highspot within Outreach and Gmail was glitchy at times - but quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot had me adding much more content to our team's automated outreach with their integration with Outreach.io as well as making it much easier to add content for each of our followups and personalized interactions.

Better response rates, a more polished presentation, and a more confident sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth it.

Don't underestimate the power of that simple search.

Highspot for the Win!

What do you like best about the product?
The Smartpages in Highspot of allowed us to organize our content in a way that highlights the important content but also includes the secondary content. We can group items in a way to make them easy to grab and read and know what is for internal use and what is for external use without our Sales teams searching all over for the right content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found a downside yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content is organized and it is easy to promote content or Smartpages for sales events on the homepage. Also we can share content internally very easily and direct people to Spots or Smartpages as easily as sending an email. The ease of sending pitches has increased the use of marketing assets and the analytics to track open rates has been fantastic for our sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a plan for how you will organize your content and how you want the end users to see the content. If you don't have a plan your implementation will end up looking like a huge junk drawer.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales enablement - tracking open rates, understanding how customers are engaging with our sales collateral. Centralised platform for all documents
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface can be cumbersome - not as intuitive as it could be. Don't like the interface for sharing documents and their email tracking is not very sophisticated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement - being able to share documents with prospects, tracking opens and views etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Does what it says it does but I don't know how it is better than a simple search on Google Drive.

What do you like best about the product?
HighSpot is easy to use and allows you to quickly search, find and access content that's available internally. It also allows you to quickly organize and share content with select audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow you to share a link to access the content for anyone who is not already registered in they system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me when searching for information or resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has been great to track receipt of email and confirm client reviewed information prior to follow up. Has led to success tracking emails through organization

It is often hard to find files I personally added

Solved the problem of client downloading information and saving it, now they must reach out to us to discuss further. Benefit is more follow up by client

Easy for Everyone to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our admin can easily adjust anything on the platform. Highspot does an excellent job of customizing the platform for your team. As soon as you access the platform, your logo is on the homepage and your admin is able to customize tabs and options on the homepage. We had one call with the Highspot team for training and everything was very straightforward. The previous tool we used was not easy to use. We had issues with access and being able to update our white papers on the platform. With Highspot everything is made easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we do have to contact the highspot team for some assistance but the good thing is that they are always quick to respond and connect with us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alignment! Now that we have highspot everyone can be on the same page and this is amazing. Because it is so easy to update, everyone is always updated on our latest things.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it will break down exactly what my prospects are interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will incorrectly show that the email was opened by the prospect, when it was actually me opening the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us identify what marketing works and what doesn't.

The Ideal Tool For Sales Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that all sales material is in one place. I like the fact that I can tell when a potential client has opened the material i send them. The ease of uploading proposals and interfacing with salesforce makes it a must have tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was lags at time loading different items but usually at off-hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Highspot I am able to access all of the digital content which allows me to make great customized presentations which I can present to the client. Also, I can directly present or mail the relevant presentations to my clients.

We could have had a better implementation from the get go, like alot of systems the implementation when done right drives the right behavior we did okay and have had a highspot clean up a few times

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has been a wonderful resource tool for our organization. It's ability to manage content for multiple departments and organizational needs is fantastic. The ability to search for documents and collateral relevant to my needs and the needs of the clients I serve is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search for content isn't exactly right, but with time I am sure the AI will improve in it's internal search engine capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps mitigate the time it takes to get specific help from content managers when they are not available and I can use it as a research library for content on our products and services for individual learning.
