Highspot is an easy place to access all tools, resources and acceptable marketing resources.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can create a folder with a place to store all content that I find valuable all in once place. Its also an awesome place to pitch information and create smart pages. Highspot is very easy to use and navigate. It gives companies approved marketing content to send out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when someone views a pitch that has been forwarded, it cannot be traced or tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me easily access recourses to answer questions or content with appropriate information. It allows me to quickly find accurate answers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Create a content folder with your name to store all content that you find valuable. I would also recommend sending all information to prospects through highspot so you can track it.
Highspot Makes My Job Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of search function. I never have to worry about wild card search mechanisms. Also along the same lines, it's always available to me- I never have to login separately and I can easily access from my mobile. Overall it has changed my day to day interactions with clients
What do you dislike about the product?
The only small thing is I cannot pitch an email without content attached. I would love it if i could just add my "contact card" as the content requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves for wondering if someone opened what you sent them. The pitch function is top notch! I am able to send so much content so easily. It is also very fast to download the content.

Highly accurate search tool always finds the content I need, without having to hunt through various web pages

There is little to dislike in Highspot as it does what is required

Intuitive, easy to use and "Google like search" enabling access to a store of information. Empowers you in your every day work and supports quality in execution.

Not much, but I have only used it for a couple of months,

The Best Way to Share Tribal Knowledge!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has been using Highspot for a couple of months. It's amazing how easy it is to organize best practices, knowledge, sales pitches. Highspot allows us to easily organize content by tag and category. It allows teams to pull down pitch decks and modify them quickly without altering the original content. But my favorite thing is the way it integrates with GSuite - allowing our team to share information via Gmail and collect stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything that I dislike right now. It's easy to use and simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing sales decks, training information and demo videos. It is the best way to organize internal content and then share specific content out with customers. Very collaborative.
Highspot for the WIN!
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot allows sales reps to not only track open email activity but also enables reps to create pitches (portals) that highlight relevant materials like training guides, datasheets and/or brief videos. Agents then get detailed emails on any opens, downloads, shares of any of those supplied materials to better understand the specific materials that are compelling to their leaders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to find a single thing that I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Trending which marketing materials are getting the most activity/response
2. Not having to dive into gmail to locate the specific thread in which I attached a few materials
3. Getting alerts via email on any new activity, which has helped on stalled opportunities that come back to life months later
The benefits are better visibility and productivity for any user who actively shares marketing materials, quotes or proposals.

If your BDR and Sales teams are proactively sharing short videos, datasheets, slide decks and proposals, Highspot can help streamline alerts on these leads and/or customer expansions.
Solid UX, Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I am consistently fascinated by how easy it is to search obscure terms and the internal Highspot search engine will find them. Our solution spans many verticals and development functions and being able to search obscure use cases quickly is so useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pretty rudimentary platform that works well. No complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our org has a deep customer story and content base and being able to access it in a way that makes sense and is intuitive is time-saving and effective in building content for customers.
Best in class software
What do you like best about the product?
The searchability feature and easy ability to download and pitch content in a few clicks is amazing. Highspot makes salespeople more money, and that's what I like the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant here at all, I think it's pretty ideal and I see no product shortcomings at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stayin in touch with customers and keeping our most up to date product videos in front of them is the most important problem I solve.
A great platform for all your content!
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot contains all of your company's content in one location. That is a huge time saver when you are trying to find a document or video. Highspot also has a great analytics section where you can view how your content is being used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspot can be overwhelming at sometimes with all the different features they have to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has helped us with version control. We are able to have updated content in Highspot so our teams are using the correct information when they are talking to customers or prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend taking a demo of Highspot if you are considering the tool. I am a visual person so after viewing Highspot for the first time, I was sold. After using the tool for almost three years, I would recommend this tool to anyone in need of a sales enablement tool.
Not just document management
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot not only manages documents and collateral, it provides great search capabilities, version control, archival data, and built in viewing and editing capabilities. It can be organized in categories and subcategories of your choosing. It also integrates with other systems so you can send, track and get analytics on collateral sent to prospects and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The internal editing functions are a little clunky and navigation is not always consistent, but it just takes a little getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It always has the most up to date information on the products and services we provide. It helps me with research and to answer questions to which I don't have immediate answers

The more marketing material you have, the more products you sell, the more useful Highspot will be.
