Saving me hours of time every month

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility into what documents I’m sending is great. I like that I can add them to sequences and LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to distinguish from a sequence perspective who is opening the content I put in there. I get a notification that someone did but these can have 100-300 people at any time.

Also the plug in doesn’t work when using the outreach plug in on top of Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits include my time is saved, finding content quickly! We used to have to attach everything which was a terrible process

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot G2 iis easy to use and intuitive, making it easy to learn and find information that is needed for my role. I like that it my clients doesn't have any issues viewing or downloading information. It provides understanding of how our prospects & customers are engaging with information that was sent to them
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Outreach is problematic - It doesn't always connect correctly and needs to be address

Tracking client engagement, learning tools and searches

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tracking of my emails so that I know when prospects open my content
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty setting up sequences tied to excel extract data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic entry of calls & emails with SFDC, tracking to see when content is shared/opened multiple times

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly access collateral and report of its movement
What do you dislike about the product?
It looks a little clunky. Could use a UI refresh and also better search functionality

The problem being solved is getting great collateral to our prospects. Benefit realized is time saved in this motion

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send marketing collateral by either inserting it into my Outlook emails via the Highspot Add-in or directly from Highspot to my prospects and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything I don't like about Highspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share strategic marketing collaterals more easily with my prospects and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search on critical data that is deliverable to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little hard to navigate for first time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are that I have more resources at my fingertips that enables me to be more prepared when speaking to clients

What do you like best about the product?
I love the tracking feature that allows me to track the time spent on emails and certain content. I also really like the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see fixed is how Content is displayed in the email. It's too big and clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits to me revolve around the tracking of data. I am now able to make more strategic decisions when I am prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to find content for sales training as well as collaterall to send to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending the same link to multiple prospects in a bulk email there is no way to see who is clicking the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot automates the process of complining relevant collateral to send to sales prospects. I am able to quickly send this info out using the highspot plug-in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't have a repository for sales collateral and training materials then highspot is a great solution for this.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track in real time and engage with customers in real time. They are a strong in communication efforts

I would like to see a stronger outreach connection. Being able to decipher bulk emails would be very nice
