What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Easy to access and send emails out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of information. I am trying to figure out the best way to categorize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to access reference information by vertical. I like that they are all included in one place to research.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is an amazing sales enablement platform! From day one, our senior services manager Erica R. worked hand in hand with us to implement and make the most of our Highspot implementation. In other words, their customer service is phenomenal! My favorite part about Highspot is how quickly they seem able to implement new enhancements that are 100% geared towards their customer needs. Each new release brings the exact functionality I was looking for! Amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, sometimes it can be challenging the locate the exact place I need to make setting changes. Sometimes they are layered or organized in locations that don't fully resonate with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire sales organization, marketing teams, and execs can all SELF-SERVE when it comes to marketing content and messaging, reducing the email traffic of "where can i find xyz?" They are also able to easy see and browse through material or mix it up to meet their exact needs before pitching it to customers or prospects.

Really like the ability to search among folders and easily pull data.

There could be more data around who emails get forwarded to and additional analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Highspot is searchable and we can have an easy space to navigate. It's much better organized than a Google site (which takes lots of coding) or a Google Drive (hard to find for new users). I also like how each team can have it's own little area to store files, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I lose things! Maybe I'm a novice user but I haven't been able to "bookmark" within ours and have relied on my Chrome bookmarks. I also find it difficult to remember how to download stuff (I wish there was a super clear "download" button. My Google Drive connector also works sometimes, but not other times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing files, videos, documents for our team! It's nice to have an official central place.
Its been so easy to use!

Search capabilities have a long way to go. Example: when you search for a keyword and click on the document it does not bring you to the searched keyword instead you have to further search within the document.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the centralized repository feature that allows me link important documents to emails quickly and efficiently. Even when I am not communicating with customers, I go to highspot to study and learn more about our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have issues tracking views/clicks on my pitchs. This might be because I am new to the tool and have only been using highspot for a little over a month. Also, I think the search bar could be a tad more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows me to work fast and more efficiently at work. Every time I interact with my customers, I want to provide them something of value. Being able to link pitches and track data regarding customers interactions with those pitches is very valuable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hit return on search bar
Great sales tool.

Love that all of our marketing/sales content is in a single repository. Chrome integration is very handy.

Additional insight to see who is sharing/viewing our content would be very helpful.

There's no more hunting through various systems/repositories to find the content when you need it.
