Highspot is a great way to share information with potential prospects & clients alike.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see exactly what someone viewed and how long they viewed it for!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to send multiple email pitches to different prospects at the same time in different email chains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily sharing content with prospects and seeing if they've actually viewed it before I follow up.

fast way to find exactly what I am looking for in an easy search

we need to do a better job of removing old materials, so there is less manual searching. there can be too much info to go through which can be a time suck
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to provide clients right away with demos. Faster close cycle and knowing which clients are interested in what I send them.

I like the I can easily find the content I need, when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
As our admins get used to the tool, some of our content is placed in the wrong locations. I know that will be worked out soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where content used to be difficult to find and share, it is easily found and shared. In my field, I need to share content with colleagues and clients every single day. Highspot makes that easy.
Awesome to send and track files
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and to upload and organize content. Also great to send documents to prospects and track activity on them.

when sending through highspot directly emails sometimes go to spam folders

What do you like best about the product?
Full integration with software stack (Salesforce, Slack, Gmail, Salesloft etc.)
Great support from the Highspot team in the implementation and ensuring adoption and success
Very useful functionality that drives easy adoption being integrated seamlessly

Ensure you work with compliance to meet GDPR requirements and provide proper documentation. Depending on your organization, you may need to ensure you are using servers located in proper geographies to ensure compliance, but working with the highspot team was easy to address these concerns.

Sales enablement and orchestration with one tool.
Document version control with many old DMS solutions, we have consolidated our systems to one source of the truth in regards to sales enablement assets.
Analytics of marketing collateral helps marketing understand what assets are being used most and to help curate additional assets in the future based on the sales team usage and feedback.
Analytics on prospects to determine engagement in the sales cycle
Activity tracking in Salesforce and having it become automated in pitches solved a large problem and helped drive greater efficiency in the organization.
Prospect increased engagement with thumbnail content in emails which drove additional opportunities and improved velocity of deals.
Document version control with many old DMS solutions, we have consolidated our systems to one source of the truth in regards to sales enablement assets.

Analytics-powered content management
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does Highspot provide a great content management framework, its analytics and reporting features make it easy to see what your users and customers are interacting with. Further, Highspot's customer service team is great, sharing best practices and running workshops to help plan our play strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for users (sales reps) is perhaps a little higher than expected. Properly searching in the dialog box sometimes requires the pause before hitting Enter to narrow down to the desired spot. However, their support team is responsive, as are our service team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are resolving content and asset management problems, as well as obtaining useful analytics for user and customer behavior, which will only get better with CRM integration this next quarter. We've seen a reduction in search time and it's been helpful to narrow down content stores to one singular location.
