Sophistication that allows me to be more effective and productive
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Highspot is having all the latest content in a place that is easy to navigate. Customizing and being able to send out quickly is also a big bonus along with being able to see what your customer is actually focusing on in the content you have provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most frustrating thing I ran into doing my day to day activities was wasting time trying to find the most recent content that customers were asking for. Highspot has eliminated that wasted time and also allowed me the ability to not have to ping customers to see if they have reviewed a proposal I have sent out which also saves time in being able to give updates to other stakeholders in the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highspot is a much better solution than any of the configurations that our sales enablement team had used in the past, which consisted of files scattered throughout many different online storage platforms. It would have been great to have had this years ago.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighSpot ensures I can easily find and access the latest information and assets available from my company. This has dramatically reduced the time and effort tracking these down in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
It is both the centralized and curated approach to content that I have seen empower several teams work smarter. By having the most up-to-date content, pricing, policy, etc. Leaders across teams including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing can be confident they've shared the correct information with the team and that their teams have a singular repository.
It is very intuitive as a user to navigate the system and from a leadership mindset create useful framework for teams to get to the right material quickly. The introduction of team specific landing pages has even further streamlined the ease of use to get to the necessary material directly.
Additionally, the ability to thoughtfully track engagement from clients and prospects provides useful input to inform messaging going forward. Lastly, I see applications beyond just a Sales or CSM team as several groups with a company can benefit from this capability.
Lastly, it goes without saying that Highspot is invaluable as a tool that can be leverage to shorten the ramp time for new team members both foundational knowledge as well as basic resources to get them started.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to have more search options to exclude content from certain users. We we continue to expand the number of users in the system and with their expanded use of creating content the overall library of available content grows creating the greater need for keeping the assets curated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most immediate benefit has been to have a shared and easily accessible singular source for policy, training, pricing, and team updates. This use extends much further that to just a set of sales reps where it is being leverage but both the Sales and Customer Success teams.
For the initial sales motion we are able to provide standardize messaging and material including cogent slides decks from which to begin a presentation to to thoughtful product position and presentation guides. We see a similar use case for the revenue motion for our renewal and upsell efforts as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Continue the capabilities for admins to curate content for users so that if a user does have to do a simple search within the system by topic they can filter out some of the noise from other user generated content to get directly to the approved resources.
Great tool, can be used in many ways
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is really easy to use, both for administrators and "end-users". We've actually started using it for our sales team but have recently also been exploring using it for some of our internal communications because we can create newsletters via SmartPages and track how many employees are viewing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I really dislike I think is our own fault. We decided to allow any sales person to create and upload their own content which means of course that there's TONS of out of date or incorrect content in there. Once we clean that up I think it will be back to great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows us to house all sales content in a single location, clearly categorize content, and obviously track it's success with prospects.
Highspot's Sales, Services, and Post Sales teams are all amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
We had a contract with a provider that was expiring and had to have a platform implemented and launched within three weeks. Highspot was the only vendor we reviewed who said that it was possible to make that deadline, and they did it with ease. The platform is so intuitive and easy to use as an admin since the admin UI is the same as the user UI. This allowed our team to upload and organize close to 500 pieces of content in just over 72 hours without having to constantly toggle back and forth between a separate admin portal and user portal to see what the users would see.
In addition to having an extremely easy and intuitive UI, their sales, services, and post-sales teams were instrumental in helping us achieve success. They were extremely helpful in the content mapping and content organization process, and we liked how they enabled us to own the process and organization since we know the business best rather than trying to copy our existing folder structure which was a major part of our existing challenge with sales previously not being able to find the content they needed. They listened, consulted, and ultimately guided us to ensure a smooth transition. It also helped that their Spots and Lists allowed us to quickly organize content into the right place rather than having to go through a time consuming and complex tagging process.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislikes I had were recently fixed in Highspot's most recent release. Their new SmartPage templates are incredibly helpful and the ability to assign SmartPages to individual lists helps to better guide our sellers to browse for the content they need in seconds instead of minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had 5 different CMS solutions and a sales team that didn't know where to turn for the most up to date version of the content they needed. Sales presentations, customer evidence, product knowledge, training, and whitepapers were all in different sources with different content owners and disorganized. We needed a single source of truth for all content to save our sales team time from having to track down content and a way to ensure that our sales team was sharing content around a cohesive, up to date, company message.

If you're looking for a platform that is easy and intuitive to use, that your sales team will want to use every day, and a tool that actually makes everyone (not just sales) more efficient and effective, you should choose Highspot. Highspot's world-class services team is incredibly helpful and highly intelligent and does a great job providing advice and thought leadership when it comes to architecting your instance and ensuring that your team will get the most out of the platform.

Keep up the good work, I use it eveyday to send valuable infor to prospects. This is really an amazing tool to have while reaching out to people. Im personally a visual learner so this really help me out a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Repository search that houses all of the company wide marketing material all in 1 place. Easy for me to get what I need to send a compelling email.
What do you dislike about the product?
As more information gets added in within a bigger company, it can sometimes take some time to find exactly what you want. I imagine that is due in part to having too much material to be able to send and the cleanliness not being updated to reflect current information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting marketing material very quickly to a number of different points.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all the resources I need are in one spot, easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any thing I dislike yet, I have only been using it for about 3 months and so far all positive experiences!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time time time. High spot saves me so much time when send over resources to prospects. I know don’t need to waist time searching through an excel work sheet so find relevant resources for the industry needed.
Quick and useful points
What do you like best about the product?
you can just type in anything you need more info about on the fly. It is also surprisingly relevant. The more common the issue the easier it becomes to quickly pull up those searches which is great for a quick reference on that subject you need a refresher on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just having categories displayed more clearly or just having sub categories for faster referencing if we don't know what to type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding resources for myself or clients that give a great value add.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to create relevant pitches to my prospects based on their requirements. High spot makes it easy to locate updated content in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that prior to high spot, I did not know if the content I was forwarding to prospects was updated or relevant. Highspot gives me the opportunity to search by verbiage which helps me find the best content. I am also able to view when a prospect views content and for how long so I know what is most important to them when we re-connect.
