What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is great because I can use a broad search or more specific search once I know what I am looking for in order to find the information I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only time I get frustrated is when I don't know what I don't know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our legacy portfolio and all the skus associated- I use Highspot daily to help me

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is a daily-use tool in navigating marketing material, case studies, and other useful information our organization has published. It is simple to use, store, and share material with prospects and stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is only limited by what has been created by our organization. Sometimes too much info and sometimes not enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizating sales literature into a navigable database.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting capabilities are amazing. Not only do the scorecards provide easy-to-use reporting for users, the platform also provides well-formated, ad hoc reporting that can leveraged in other Business Intelligence platforms.

Additionally, the support and impementation were amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve is a little steep, but all-in-all, it's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability for field to locate up-to-date information without toggle-tax of multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of use, it's a great central hub for all pertinent product information. You have access to all relevant day to day marketing materials and the ability to send through the platform itself, or download for your own files to send to customers yourself. Extremely helpful in managing all different product offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
We keep all materials old, and new, so you can spend a short amount of time sifting through exactly what you may be looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot gives you one central place to go for all product materials I may need, from product sheets, to Tech Data Sheets, as well as pricing lists.

What do you like best about the product?
An easy to use, easy to navigate platform where I can store and access content in a really easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
No problems so far! The content is easy to find and access and the updates are clearly signposted for my particular line of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to get acess to a wide range of sales support services as well as supporting documentation and case studies. Highspot offers a clear access dashboard and is easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, simple, easy to manage, easy asset sharing, and precise ways to provide feedback to asset feedback owners.

Up and Running Scorecards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate management of assets can be confusing (in between Bynder and Highspot), or at least not evident; an opportunity area I would highlight is as a user, getting notifications at the moment of replacing/archiving assets by using Bynder, and then with the sync occurs every 24 hrs, get the same notification with one unique ID that enables us to verify what was archived in Bynder it will not effectively appear later in Bynder as a consequence, examples: for Videos, Win Slides (Epicor Champion Circle Spot).

Inconsistencies with no previous notification about how the Pitches (that belong to a spot) are shown through the Spot Score Card. For example, if I need to switch back to a previous quarter's results and adjust the same time frames as I did in the previous quarter, it won't show the same numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lean navigation and user experience for Spot Assets Management, total engagement metrics easy to pull, as Views, Dowloads, Pitches and Email Domains Contacted.

What do you like best about the product?
I think HighSpot is very user friendly. I find it easier to navigate that most other learning platforms. I can find, complete, enroll, search for and browse courses very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Viewing and sharing received certifications received from course completion externally could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy creation and navigation of courses for more effective enablement.

Centralized Collateral

What do you like best about the product?
I love having all of our collateral in one place and the fact you can track engagment on the material you send out. I also love the ability to mix and match collateral which helps me highly customize the messaging I want to send.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many updates to the user interface and changes to the names of things, it's hard to keep up with. That causes me to lose time figuring out where I need to go to for content and analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to see how our customers engage with our content. If I can see how often they engage with collateral or a proposal, I know we are top of mind and hopefully closer to a sale.
