Highspot Positive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy, easy to use, good adoption within our company (legal and finance now using also), massive step forward for content management and organization. By using Highspot your Sales team will stop asking you "where is the content" and they can find it faster than you tracking it down. There is also no arm twisting getting Sales involved because of the pitch tracking features. It's a big advantage to them to understand how their prospects are engaging with the email and content they send.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us not being able to make small document edits within Highspot is frustrating but I believe this may be possible if you have the right set up. When we first started with Highspot the reporting was a bit thin but this has been a focus for them over the last couple of years and now the reporting and analytics is much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First problem we are solving is content management - organization, easily finding content, version control, content freshness. The next problem Highspot helps us with is Sales process. Highspot is aligned with our Sales process to present the right content at the right time and in the right situation. Lastly Highspot helps Sales get a better understanding of engagements via pitch tracking - i.e. how interested is the prospect.

- Spots: Helpful in organizing all of my opportunities & thoughts relative to them.
- Analytics: Allows me to know when to call my prospects/understand better what they are focused on.
- Demos/videos: Way easier to send within Highspot than over email.
- Content management: Helps me stay organized.
- Recommended content: Helpful on keeping up with the latest and greatest.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Email formatting: Sometimes looks wonky when I view my emails sent directly from Highspot. Looks normal when sending through Outlook with plug-in.
- Customization: Wish there was more customization & style in pitch formats. Don't think this is a product limitation but rather the version we are o.
- Related pitches: I have had some weird stuff happen here when I have copied & pasted content, but I believe the errors were user inflicted.

A product that works!
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is where our materials, documents, collateral and trainings live for internal and external use. I like that Highspot is one place where I can easily search, navigate, save and pitch from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I knew more about Highspot like tips and tricks for the features that can make everyday tasks easier and simpler... less scavenger hunts = more productivity!

All of our materials were housed in different places and it was always an effort to find what you needed which usually resulted in asking a colleague for a resource or saving one locally, then finding out later that it is outdated.
Highspot materials are easy to access with less searching and trying to remember where you saw something last time.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to elevate customer conversations that drive strategic growth throughout the company. I also use it at my current company docusign and it has helped us improve our sales process greatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything, I think highspot is a great platform.

We use HS as internal and external tool to manage our sales materials. It's been a phenomenal addition to our sales org and facilitated our everyday needs.

Would 100% recommend deploying Highspot and getting your sales team to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the one stop shop for documents I need to send.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see who opens attachments on an email to multiple people. Currently you can only see if someone has opened it not specifically who.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospect interaction rate. I am able to see where prospects are spending time on my emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the software as I can literally search for any sort of material about my company (even if I don't know everything about the certain piece of content) and have the ability to send it to a prospect who is asking for something specific or wanting to learn more about a specific industry/feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the layout of our portal could have a better UX design to it. It looks a bit clunky and I was driven away from it when first starting. I think if you dumb it down and make it simpler then it could go a longer way for salespeople just starting to use the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I'm solving is whenever someone asks for a specific resource or specific insight that is probably somewhere on our website or on a different piece of software we have. I love having the ability to just search for something and Highspot will put different resources for prospects in front of me.
