What do you like best about the product?
Simple, searchable and shareable
I use Highspot to share product marketing content with customers and colleagues
It wins the prize for building bridges of knowledge rather than silos
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time consuming to relate customer records to content that is shared, but that speed is improving
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A terrific tool to share product videos, brochures, training content, R&D roadmaps by link rather than attachments. That way the link can be updated and the recipient never accesses an outdated item. It is the simplest, least cluttered tool I use

What do you like best about the product?
Smart page Templates and Pitch Styles- Being able to create very custom content for every instance is a wonderful way to present professional content to customers
What do you dislike about the product?
The language used to differentiate Highspot also makes it confusing to new users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to solve problems around customer communication consistency and efficiency with Highspot. Consistency is solved with pitch styles created for all verticals and efficiency is solved through simple pitch tools allowing our sales reps to send more content to more customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple ways to organize information/content. Flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content maintenance. Once you post content, it needs to be maintained or archived as new or better resources are added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple lines of business can post content and point people to content. It streamlines "where do I go, how do I find" type questions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know what you wish to accomplish and consider that Highspot can accommodate in different ways.

What do you like best about the product?
Using specific "spots" for organizing. .
What do you dislike about the product?
Pitch interface confuses customers. . .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates having to constantly search and locally download assets, not knowing who made them or when they were last updated. I can always be assured I have access to the most up-to-date content directly from our PMMs and technical teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Probably not the right person to talk to but the folks at Adobe partnered with Highspot to create a delightful repository which perfectly fits our use case, at least in my role!

What do you like best about the product?
What's most helpful about using highspot for training is the layout of the page, it makes it easy for everyone to use and it is a part of our sales team and connections team to track progress, new training materials and other important documents such as our Playbook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has weekly updates that we put up for everyone to read, but I wish our company or highspot would send us a notification when the document with update is posted since it isn't always posted at the same time every week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has made starting a new role much easier with all the documents and training materials in an organized place including all the excel templates I use everyday for my job. It also solves the problem of confusing and constant updates to our system and keeps everyone on the same page by giving up access to important information that we may have missed in a team email.

It's made my life and day to day MUCH easier in order to find the information I need quickly rather than searching through multiple different systems

I wish it worked beyond just sales type of information but any type of company related question

Access to knowledge and information has become easier

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see what my reps are using and how often. It helps me develop the appropriate tools for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to filter on a more minute level to find the right images or brochures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only real challenged we've faced is when our people have given highspot the wrong data and it has removed some permissions. The benfits are greater availability and usability of our collateral and tracking which pieces are used most.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability and ease of use of finding content! It's so simple to find what I need with Highspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it took my business this long to get it!

When I'm working with a client, I would waste so much time trying to communicate between different sales leaders and marketing contacts. I know can take ownership of finding what I need in one central repository.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Your sales reps are frustrated that they can't find the right content - this will help enable them to do their job.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot provides a single repo for "marketing approved" content and makes it easy for sales to share it with good analytics. The content tagging and organization makes finding resources easier than storing it in Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any new tool, adoption is a challenge, so leveraging the Highspot team to help get sales' buy-in and demonstrate the value will help. For the first few months, you'll. be answering a lot of questions from sales with "have you looked in Highspot?"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In an early-stage company, things change quickly and it can be hard to manage versions of customer and prospect-facing collateral like call decks, one-pagers, and solution briefs. Having one source of truth for these assets means the team is always sharing the most up-to-date versions. We can also get more visibility for new resources and content as it will show up right within the reps' workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use which leads to time saved. We moved from several legacy systems where marketing material was often left out of date and you couldn't find what was needed. We now have a cloud based system where our sales team can find what they need quickly and the material is always the most up to date. Our clients rely on us to have the most current crucial economic data to help guide their trade around the world, now our marketing team can curate the information and make it easy for us to share it. The integration with outlook is key, no opening of outside programs or copying and pasting. One training coordinated by Highspot was all our sales team needed to get started utilizing the service.

Since we have started with Highspot, several features have been shared with our company and the product continues to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if they had an e-signature feature built into the product to replace other systems we utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) A more organized way for our customer facing agents to communicate marketing material, training material, and daily documents to clients and networking partners. It was a success... night and day improvement from our prior solution.
2) Time savings. We have a professional staff that is compensated accordingly. Time savings translates to money saved on our bottom line.
3) More touch points with our clients. It is now easier to update our clients with company critical information.
