Great all in one platform for content, guidance, analytics
What do you like best about the product?
quick to rollout - our company was up and running quickly after we bought Highspot, it helped consolidate all our sales & marketing collateral
easy to use - the platform is very intuitive. navigating the platform and finding content is a breeze.
assets always up to date - i'm confident that i'm always using the most updated materials and never sending my prospects old decks or inaccurate information

What do you dislike about the product?
Have only been using Highspot a short while but can't think of anything!

Organizing our marketing content so it's easy to find, training & preparing our sellers, and optimizing performance across our go to market teams
Game-changing content management software!
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has been instrumental in the evolution of our company content strategy. Since we launched 6 months ago, our efficiency in proposals and content management process has increased significantly. The customer service is excellent and we have had support through our entire journey. Highly recommend the use of Smartpages to further customize uniquely curated content experiences that help guide GTM teams. Pitching analytics has also given our sales team timely content notifications to better understand our customers' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see an integration with the LearnUpon Learning Management System
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows for easy access of all updated content in our company. We can version, track, and update all GTM materials to ensure the accurate information for our customers. We have also streamlined our New Hire Onboarding process via the use of Smartpages.

Great software to easily manage content. Integrates with many other products, but make sure to ask your Highspot representative.

Highspot has been very useful when built out correctly.

Combined use. Ease of construction of pages / layout. Our Highspot rep is supper attentive and always easy to work with.

No large dislikes, b/c our rep takes care of us.

Limited questions to our support teams via faqs and well structured pages.
Highspot is a must for anyone managing a large book of clients!
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot streamlines the process of sharing constantly rotating content with my nearly 500+ clients. The Outlook plugin is a daily tool in my workflow to share digital content, and the ability to track open/view metrics on the content I send is incredibly impactful in determining if what I send is resonating with my clients. Additionally, creating designated SmartPages where I can store refreshing content is also helpful if working beyond just what's in the body of my client emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult at times to find past pitches or SmartPages. All the different content adds up quickly, and it come sometimes be a struggle to determine where I felt off. It was also somewhat challenging learning about the original nuances of using Highspot. For example, the different between a Pitch, SmartPage and Spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing new content with my hundreds of clients in a manner that makes the process less time consuming on my end while also still being able to track basic view metrics to review effectiveness.
For a disorganized person, Highspot is a lifesaver and makes my job so much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
All material is in one hub, and its easily searchable. I'm able to drill down specifically to what content I need without a lot of work. I also like that I'm able to pitch content to my clients and able to track what they are looking at. this allows me to filter through content that clients actually like.
Instead of storing all content where it can get lost, I'm able to save it in the cloud. this gives me peace of mind that my content will not be deleted.

What do you dislike about the product?
at times old content is stored and theres a lot of material to shift through. This isn't necessarily Highspots issue though and more our organization needing to clean things out.
at times it can be confusing when navigating the different spots. I want to make sure that I'm looking at relevant content and get lost.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im also able to see if my clients are actually looking at my content that I'm sending by pitching and tracking to see what they are looking at. this has improved my sales and also renewals.

be organized while using highspot
don't upload everything, you need to be thoughtful on what you need to share.
use the pitches. this way you can track what your clients are looing at and become a bit more insightful with it.

How you can easily create pitches that include multiple pieces of content and edit it over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't track who clicked on the link if sent through an extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of having to manually sift through content to send via attachments to emails and then not being able to see if it gets engaged with.

The ease at which you can get information out across the organization and assure that the entire sales team is working off of the correct most recent collateral

As a casual user who mainly supplies content I have no specific dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager is has always been a struggling to keep powerpoints, price sheets and external facing roadmaps up to date and makes sure that everyone is using the correct current collateral. With Highspot I know that they are accessing the most recent information. Highspot has also streamlined our product management / product marketing processes, there use to be a lot more back and forth with multiple version floating around, now with Highspot I can easily release new collateral in minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and allows you to share files and links in one easy to use portal, giving you metrics on every view. Really helps with keeping deals moving and makes it easy for customers to get the info they need in an easy to consume format.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be slightly easier to create portal templates that can be reused. I'd also like to see more ability to see my colleagues content that is working well.
