Very use to access and responsive.
What do you like best about the product?
UI makes the job very convenient and all information easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout might be little bright and colourful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On-boarding training materials.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use. Its a best tool if you are looking to learn and enhance your skills. It is helpful and very productive.
All the information I need, right where I need it.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I have never used an internal doc management or intranet that was intuitive. Highspot is quite the opposite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love being able to create pitches in minutes, but I would love the ability to shorten links when sharing a pitch with a client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly getting product information to prospective new clients.
Highspot is so much better than SharePoint

The ease of use. I like the way I can search and then bookmark documents and datasets that I need to reference frequently.

nothing to date. It works well for what I need with our organization

In my company we use Highspot to share documents, decks, step by step guide. So I use it everyday. Thanks to it, I can progress in my job

very intuitive, auto-updates google links, love the way the platform predicts what you need

need an extra choice between external and internal - sometimes we are able to share privately, but not externally

content cateogrisation, analytics, seeing which content is most engaging, being able to auto-update the google links is incredible

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of the good stuff that our company produces, whether it is from marketing or from other sales colleagues, ends up in Highspot for us all to share. On our weekly sales calls, we share stories and the best bits end up in here. Then we get to choose those stories to share out with clients AND track. The professional look of the email breaks through the clutter and I think prospects appreciate seeing communications customized with their logos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, just that I needed to get into the habit of taking this step to do it. Integrating directly into email with the plug is helps with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of always having fresh content to share with prospects and know who is reading it. That's great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try this, it is better than any other tracking system that I have used because it links in with the content. Our internal admin made some training videos for us to apply this to the way we use it here to make it very easy.
Highspot makes each day better. I can easily find the the latest and greatest content for my job!
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use search-bar! The navigation is intuitive and provides a single source of truth for content I need to share with my customers. Highspot also allows me to make sure I have the latest and greatest data that others in my organization are using, so we're all on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A I have enjoyed using Highspot to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving is putting together PowerPoints for my customer facing meetings and demos. Highspot allows me to easily find the powerpoint I need depending on the purpose of the meeting or demo.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how content organization is customizable based so that it's personalized to what our product does and how we sell. The fact that you can track interactions with the content is also powerful and the integration with Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it hard to find the right content - I know that there is a ton of content stored in Highspot, but to be able to know how to get to the right piece of info takes me time and is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find and distribute content to customers in a very professional way is powerful. Being able to search a topic and find all the content that we have available helps me do my job.
Necessity for Your Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
Before Highspot our organization was using a tool that was very similar. However, the user experience was not as good at Highspots! Our organization loves the ease of use, user experience, and customer support. We're so glad we made the switch. This is a tool we use every single day when it comes to sending prospects information and storing our resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to make the transition from the previous tool we used to Highspot. We had been using this previous tool for a couple of years and it would be nice to get a better onboarding experience. Although customer support was very helpful, the transition was tough in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're having an easier time communicating with our prospects. We now have the ability to send over resources in an organized way. In a way that's not only easy for sellers to use but also for customers and prospects to access. This has helped us have better alignment with our prospects. We know that we have an upper hand when it comes to sharing resources and Highspot also gives you the ability to see how often prospects are viewing the information you have sent over. Highspot has helped our sellers have a more organized selling experience because we can send organized resources to prospects and we can use Highspot as a spot where we can access all of our resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommended taking a look at Highspot through a demo and asking their sales team about their support.
