What do you like best about the product?
I love the knowledge of when my customer is viewing my communications, quotes and/or brochures. The tracking-ability that the app gives us as salespeople is unparalleled. I love that I can view all of HYG's document library in one place. The thumbnail feature allows me to scroll through the item before deciding if it is in fact the document i am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike really. If I have to my critique is that there is sometimes a lag between uploading in the portal and it being available to attached to an email. Also, some the model documents are very spotty it seems. That's really the only complaint and a small one at that. Logging in through a phone is somewhat of a pain. I use a password generator so having to manually type in my password to get into the HySpot with my phone is slightly annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that it solves is I now have intelligence of when my customer's view that email or proposal. With that information, I now have the ability to contact them when I know they have view or reviewed the documents sent. It takes away the guess work of waiting to call or am I waiting to long to call and follow up. It really is an amazing tool for me. Another item that is really nice is the page view timer. I now can see what page of the document did the customer look at the longest. That information gives me the ability to lead in with that section during our call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None, keep up the great work. I look forward to seeing what add-on will be available in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
High Spot allows communication by showing review process and interest in digital world. You are then able to reduce your process cost and smartly engage market
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is so efficient . Could not have come at a better time with Covid challenges
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Covid shut down Highspot allows insight that we lost in engaging market person to person. Magnificent tool.

You need to use smart technology. The pandemic is causing faster changes in the marketing world. If you do not engage you will be further behind soon.

Integration of email, CRM, and this content
What do you dislike about the product?
"Insert Pitch" can sometimes be messed up, by user error, but there's some issue in repairing the email so I end up just making a new email entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead tracking and product familiarization.

Find a good platform that seamlessly integrates your different apps.

What do you like best about the product?
That I am able to see all the versions of the document, share it but also go to the original Google slide version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many clicks to get to the Google slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing the same content in different languages, it is easy to keep all versions together.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all content can be uploaded and that it can be mixed, that it gives you a lot of data on what the clients are interested on about your content. It is a really good sales tool to be developed on a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be integrated to Salesloft for a more easy use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems of solving what type of content a company needs to create and to earn data of what content is working and what not.

It is a tool that you can trust on it will help you a lot with all the type of content you need to create, change, deliver.
It will give you insights on whats working and what not and will really help you on what to work in the content.

Great tool for Enablement, Marketers, and Sellers alike

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has a very intuitive interface. I've literally never heard any of my sellers say they can't find something in Highspot (unless we literally haven't created the asset they're looking for). The search capability is incredibly smart too in that it pulls in the assets that make the most sense based on the criteria that the seller / user had entered.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, some of the organizational settings are difficult to navigate through. But once you execute simple tasks like inviting new users, or adding new spot managers, it's easy to remember and duplicate the action in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sellers and marketers are able to use the most up to date content. Easy for us to nip duplicate content and update as time goes on. Also has a great tracking capability to see how many internal / external views each asset has, as well as time viewed on each respective asset that's been viewed.

Search field doesn't always give you results you are looking for. for example, I have searched exact titles in there and the resource I am searching for shows up further down the list.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a centralized source of truth for all our internal/external resources
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality could be improved. A lot of the time I'll type something, for example, "Insights" (which is the name of one of our products) and have to scroll heavily to find the right resource, as it'll find that word in any of the articles we have. Minor pain point that hopefully can be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing all our resources in one place. One source of truth.

You need to have at least one person fully involved in the management of this solution

HIghspot is a great tool

What do you like best about the product?
HIghspot has a clean interface, it is extremely easy to use and navigate through. Sharing content with peers is simple and the best feature is automating notifications for users when documents have been bookmarked.
What do you dislike about the product?
When searching through highspot for relevant content, if the content isn't reviewed periodically, it can lead to search results from years ago and old documents that are no longer relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've saved a lot of time with finding content faster and easier. Collaboration between teams for sales campaigns and enablement for new sales reps is very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the best content management tools I've used at several companies. I would highly recommend.
