What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of which you can upload, download, and search for content/deliverables to use for your prospects, clients, internal customers, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced filters when searching can be cumbersome. Overall I love the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content library development, meeting, call, and marketing related content organization and sharing among our teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is better than others I’ve used in the past when it comes to collecting created content for future use.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love Highspot. Choosing the best equipment is quite intuitive for me personally, and after my business loads a great deal of it, I also show you the connected equipment. Often I look for starters after which I see other choices and choose them since they're better. Highspot also enables you sharing materials immediately with others and never have to obtain and send attachments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one drawback is the fact that in case you wish to take a slide from a single set and put it to another, you've to "remix" the substance. Based on how many slides you wish to "remix", this may have a quite a while. So I do not share it often and anymore I simply download the materials and send it immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business has a huge amount of info, media, PDF files, etc. at its disposal. All in a single place, and I that way the search results are extremely intuitive and filled with relevant documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have already expressed the opinion of mine that Highspot is actually probably the best, at the very best of the list.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, has all of the info in one place. You can see when clients have opened your emails.

Could have increased functionality for pitches.

Following up on sales pitches with personalized emails you can track interactions with. Able to add content.

What do you like best about the product?
evolution, new ideas, new rollouts and the impact it's had on my company. good support form their team as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
better android mobile app is needed in my opinion. i don't like they they update smart page layouts without consent. they recently released an update and our entire homepage got shifted and we had to redo it.

would prefer to opt out of broad sweeping format changes or something to avoid in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
training reps using smart pages & storing & sharing marketing materials with clients and internally. HS also helped massively in cleaning up how we edit and send proposals. the tracking feature is really nice.

this platform is the gift that keeps on giving in terms of problems it can solve.

How easy is to pick the email templetes to send to an specific customer.

I like most of what highspot hs to offer.

Mange emails faster. I save lots of time and are able to send more emails.

Use it daily make sure to view the attachments before you send them to make sure you know what you are sending.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers an easy access to a pertinent content. I always have the most recent info. This saves me a great deal of time. The Outlook edition is also extremely helpful. Its search feature is actually useful when searching for adequate results. You can make use of a couple of points. It may be used for various purposes. Publish as well as share content. Saved documents are instantly updated to make certain you've the most recent version. It's helpful for decrypting company info as well as updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been possibilities and functions many that I don't need. I do not know whether they're enthusiastic and do not need much more training. Developing and creating proposals are able to take a great deal of resources and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will save time when trying to find and updating content. I will need more training to enhance the content. Multi-platform content distribution as well as dissemination would be beneficial. Receiving certain notifications from folks who open and see the content is quite beneficial in terms of attention in the articles as well as its effectiveness. Information about strengths is actually useful. I love users' opinions as well as the chance of sending suggestions and changes to the administrator.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything was organized in a single spot, which made my living a lot easier. Excellent collaboration, revision, and distribution platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking - from revisions to customer views/opens. Salesforce integration straight from the tool makes it much easier to log activities when sending pitches. Pitches themselves are a great way to track if content is being opened and/or passed along - and the amount of time recipients are viewing. Outlook integration is also seamless.

The option to remix decks from all content available makes it much easier to create custom content from using elements from existing content. Indexing into "places" (files) allows for more organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The in-app editing for PPT can be cumbersome. I find myself downloading documents and editing them in Powerpoint as it's easier to use. It can also provide a lot of confusion if collaborators create new versions of documents versus updating existing versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized library of content regularly updated by our marketing team. Also, the centralized access to peer's content is helpful to collaborate with content. I don't have to search multiple platforms for content for as long as users in the company are contributing and updating within the platform.

Another benefit is accessing critical content such as pricing and process related items. I always know I can find the latest information in my "spot".

Have an owner (or a group who owns) to drive adoption, training, and messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find relevant content. Ensure I have most updated materials at all time. Save me a lot of time. Also, pitching through Outlook is very helpful. The search function is effective in finding relevant results. The ability to have different spots is helpful. Can be used for multiple purposes: content distribution and enablement. Saved docs automatically update to ensure you have the most current version. Beneficial for decimation of company info and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features and functions I am not using. Not sure if they just aren't turned on or need more training. Creating and customizing proposals would say lots of time. I wish I could edit and customize pitch decks. This may be possible, but I'm not seeing anything in the help section or haven't been trained to use this function.

Not sure what onboarding and training is available. I recall a brief call with an account manager. Would benefit from a more in depth training, and walking through different scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definite time saver to find content and stay up to date. I could use more training on how to customize content. Multi platform and content distribution would be helpful. Receiving notifications of who is opening and viewing content is helpful in interest and content effectiveness. Insights on Highspot are helpful. I like user reviews and ability to send feedback to admins about changes and suggestions. Early Highspot customer and trust the product will mature over time as we add more content and open up more features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very new space in software. There are only a couple main vendors. Highspot is regarded as an industry thought leader.
