What do you like best about the product?
Highspot enables Sales professionals with a better way to share helpful content and learn what is of value to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tracking features could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to track clicks and views on content to see what prospects are interacting with.

Great Sales Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is a great tool to aggregate content. It also has the ability to send out content and have it tracked as it is viewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some usability issues that could be addressed. Sometimes takes a little time to find features or functions that are not intuative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a repository where we could categorize and organize content. Also the ability to control access to that content. Finally the ability to pitch the content and track who has viewed it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a excellent tool to manage and distribute content. It is a powerful sales tool.

A great tool for Sales Enablement

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to store and update relevant content and create a pitch style to use as a "micro site)" for prospects. this has been a differentiator. We closed a large deal with a manufacturer that attributed this "dedicated" site as a key to the communication efforts internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I may dislike is not being able to do a training course enrollment by team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of understanding what is being sent to prospects and tracking it. We also now have a unified "spot" where marketing can share upcoming marketing events so that everybody is in the know. Highspot allows us to surface up most recent content automatically. Lastly with T&C we have the ability to train and coach using existing assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking! It's incredibly easy to send critical materials to our prospects and know that they received them along with knowing how engaged the prospect is with the content. The tool is user friendly, easy to navigate and intuitive. I rely on the tools' functionality so much I don't know what I would do without it. Another great way it helps me is as a repository for internal content. Having access to company materials easily makes internal communication a breeze and increases process efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizationally it can be tricky to navigate the volume of material within HighSpot. Our organization has a large amount of company and customer specific content within the platform, sometimes it can be tricky to sort through. Again, as an organization we could probably clean up redundant and outdated materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings- Easily navigated tool allows me to upload and share content as well as search for and access internal materials quickly and easily without relying on additional resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highspot is an incredible tool, it's a platform I'd never had before working at this organization and I know would have been incredibly helpful had I had access to it before. The tool is ever evolving and improving and it serves two major aspects of my role, ability to easily share content with prospective customers and a way for my organization to easily share internal materials with me!

Fantastic Training Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
HighSpot is an awesome training tool that helps me and other employees onboard much faster due to the access that we now hav to other training materials that will help us in our roles. I use this on a daily basis to learn and better myself in my current role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think that I would say could be improved with this tool is the my material section. I would like to see the ability to break out my bookmarked content into different topics or use cases for quicker reference at a later date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been solving for mass training amongst employees. This has been a critical tool for our sales team and entire company to learn the ropes and stay up to date on product updates along the way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highspot is a great tool but I would recommend that you train your users on it before turning the reigns over to them so that they know how to best utilize it on a day to day basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having HighSpot as our one source of truth for sales enablement materials. Search is strong and tagging features are helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive. Managing who deserves "seats" outside of the sales team (such as on marketing and success, who could also get value out of having access to the materials in HighSpot) gets annoying

What do you like best about the product?
I love to manage and tag files and folders in such a manner which I can easily incorporate several elements with a single particular person, one potential, etc. I love to have the ability to blend several products with a single person, etc, one possibility. Search is probably the most intuitive thing I've already seen and I used five content tools. The customer managers are extremely skilled, they be aware of clients, they need it to work and it's very realistic in start-up phase and the implementation. During the launch additionally they made phone calls on the staff to show the platform to the sales team of ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to find out mass analysis skills. My representatives see exactly how much time an individual usually spends on your document 's site, but the advertising department doesn't see the entire time that all prospective customers spend on the site, making it hard to evaluate the usefulness of the information found in it. Second, Highspot doesn't relate to Salesforce, meaning I can easily just evaluate a tiny part of our material when compared with Salesforce data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot will help our advertising staff to promote sales by transferring inner understanding and outside communication equipment. The promotion staff appreciates the evaluation of most often downloaded and also made available sales tools.

This's an extremely new space in the area of software. You'll find just a couple of main suppliers. The higher position is regarded as the market leader.
