A central store for information that actually works.
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to the mess that is SharePoint and Teams groups, Highspot is a joy to use: it presents content in an easy to consume way, is searchable and easy to navigate. Above all, it looks like it comes from the 21st century: not just a random list of filenames but rather all the things one has come to expect: previews, summaries, ability to view content like presentations directly on the page. It's great to be able to share both internally and externally from the app. I love the fact that you can create your own "spot" for content and I also really like the fact that it's so easy to see when new versions of content become available.
Honesly, I wish we just collapsed *all* content into one place, like Highspot, because its version control is so good. It often gets rid of the issue of having to constantly re-download "the latest version" of things, simply becuase you can keep references to documents in your Spot and they will always be the latest version.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that sharing could be a little easier, especially for internal colleagues: it would be great to just right click something and send a link directly to a colleague by email (or Teams).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Search for, and share, the latest versions of content both internally and externally. The benefit of being able to get to content easily without having to trawl through a network of internal Sharepoint (and other, archaic, sites), web links that are known to only a few and have long and complex access rights issues, is immense.

Sometimes the content is a bit too high level and generic. And need to be augmented by more specifics

To find out how to posision our products based on industry or practical challenges.
Highspot is a useful sales tool and makes getting product information to customers quick and easy !

i find it hard to print info is needed..

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place from videos, documents, training material to compete decks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish HS allowed us to track how many hours of videos we've seen and how many pages total of documentation we've read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can go back to HS and view my compete decks and constantly keep myself updated on company news, trends and announcements.
Has potential but UX/UI feels immature, Organization and Search Could be Better
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to link to content and share content externally, easy for reps to create a package of content and share externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited page design and asset organization options, not always intuitive. Lacks some features for governance - requires manual reset of expiration dates which is time consuming when you have hundreds of assets.

What do you like best about the product?
I am pleased that Highspot has continued to develop quickly to meet customer needs. We started with the CMS side with our marketing materials and quickly added the training component. Now we're looking at the Meeting Intelligence for call recording and coaching. In the past we had 3 separate vendors for these actions. The support has been phenomenal along the way and our sales team find the platform easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike about Highspot. If anything, I wish that we had more time to use more of the functionality that is available to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot provides reps with easy access to hundreds of sales assets, visibility to customer interest with the analytics, and training reviews as needed.
Easy to use interface makes keeping organized a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I find the user interface to be sleek, easy to understand and navigate, and it helps me stay organized with mounds of digital collateral and saves me time finding what I want in a click or two. I use it daily to find and share collateral and to create Sales Rooms to keep me and my clients on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any feature or funcitonlatiy I dislike about Highspot. It does exactly what I need it to in an easy to navigate graphical interface and experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me stay organzied and it ensures I am using the latest, marketing approved versions of my collateral. No more chasing people with questions or clicking endlessly in directories trying to find what I need. Big, easy to understand icons make the navigation intuitive. It saves me time, keeps me organized, and makes sure I am not making mistakes with the items I share.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is helpful to organize resource and information as well as makes it easy to access. The pitch feature is also helpful to send customers or prospects resources and information in a simple and easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides in using Highspot. It would be helpful if it linked to my email, rather than having to pull it up separately.

Highspot give me a place to acces all the resources I need to be successful like customer stories, product resources, and more.
