Quite addictive and evolutionary.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease we have in organizing our sales, negotiations and contacts. The tool allows you to have everything in the same place, in addition to the incredible layout and easy to view that it has.
The tool helped me and my team a lot to close sales and orders, in addition to increasing our income in negotiations and calls with old and future customers. The leads that arrived from our prospecting team were handled easily and quickly, which made our work much more organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specific that I don't like, because I find the tool incredible and easy to use because it always helped me in everything I needed and now I am used to using it daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had difficulty organizing myself with the number of calls I made and the amount of lead that came to me from my team to contact me. With this tool, this problem was solved and now I can know exactly where everything is and how each negotiation is doing.
Sometimes I felt lost with a lot of information spread and spent a lot of time looking for and noting where they were. Now I can easily find everything I want quickly and efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this tool to anyone who works with sales, as it provides a very broad material of our equipment, allows us to access photos and videos quickly, great accessibility to our catalog. Overall it is an incredible support tool for both internal and external sales.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great to have an accessible database of customer focused and internal documents that are linked and easy to add to marketing campaigns via email, Outreach, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the track-ability is excessive and shows multiple hits for same document in process

One location for all marketing and customer facing documentation. Also, in house training and notifications to policy and procedure

What do you like best about the product?
Out of all the marketing white papers, presentations, overviews, assessments and product sheets that your company has on every product, you can select what you want to maintain easy access to. Very clean, very search-able, and very easy to use. Want information organized by region? Product? Competitive positioning? No problem - it's YOUR spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite repeated requests, it doesn't serve up my search results with hot coffee. Other than that, I haven't found anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently using Highspot to facilitate my own onboarding to a new company in a market area that is new to me.

Improving AE productivity

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Highspot for 3+ years and it continues to be one of the most utilized tools in our Sales tech stack. The ability for our team to manage the content we produce for the sales team and track its efficacy has been incredible helpful in determining where and when we need to update or supplement the current content offerings. It helps both sales and marketing stay on top of any outdated content and ensure we are always putting our best foot forward with our customers. The addition in the last year of smart pages has made it a true one stop shop for all of our rollouts to the Sales & CS organizations. We have multiple departments who use the smart page functionality for any type of significant initiative or rollout, and the team always knows where to find what they are after. With so many places that information can hide today - email, slack, etc. our team appreciates knowing that everything they need will be outlined clearly in Highspot. In addition to all of this, the support team has been incredible to work with. We have regular meetings with our support rep who has a precise focus on making the tool successful for our organization, and ensuring we are getting the benefits out of any new features that get launched.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like administrators to be able to see what content is being uploaded and sent from private spots to ensure that outdated content isn't accidentally making it to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Highspot, our content didn't have a home. It was passed on from managers to sales reps, or rep to rep, and often we had content going out that didn't have the most recent information on it. Creating a governance around Highspot with the most critical teams has allowed us to do regular reviews of content, and ensure we not only have updated content but also don't have gaps in our content. It also allows our Sales and CS teams to understand if their customers and interacting with their content which allows for a better gauge on deal velocity.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use/get to know and everything is laid out in a user-friendly way. It is fast and I have not experienced many glitches with the platform.

Sometimes when putting together pages there are too many things pre-set which cannot be edited

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is one of those tools you do not know you need until you have it.
1. The UI is incredibly simple to navigate. The features that allow you to pin certain spots, save documents you utilize or often, or smart search to find all relevant documents to words you are typing is awesome for our team.

2. I love the admin capabilities. It allows you to create centralized areas for your team or other teams to access documentation. The ability to organize it into different folders or add to multiple make it almost impossible for users to not find what they are looking for.

3. Spots, pitches, links, etc! We utilize highspot to send documents or links to potential prospects and it is awesome to see the feedback we get from it. They look very professional too and love the tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like dislike anything! The only thing I wish Highspot had was a LMS system, but they actually just implemented and released it (which btw it awesome as well)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized place for documents, cross-functional collaboration, self-serving, continuous learning, efficiency

Industry Best Sales Enablement Platform that keeps on getting better!

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is an easy to use platform with an interface that is intuitive. It has everything Sales Enablement needs to be the bridge between Marketing and Sales. The included analytics are extremely powerful in delivering insights into what Reps and Prospects are using and reviewing, improving cross-functional communication and content review/ enhancement.

From within a single page reps have access to learning materials and courses, company content, can create pitches and web pages customized and dedicated to a single prospect or opportunity, and track the engagement of their activities. Also, with the formatting and flexibility Highspot can be used as a central repository of all knowledge and learning, one single source of truth for Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Product Development, Customer Support / Success, etc.

Highspot support is phenomenal. They are quick to respond and answer your questions or solve your dilemma in and clear fashion.

Highspot as a company is also open and transparent about it's roadmap and actively seeks customer feedback and input to help shape the product based on what customers need today and want to see in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current SaaS subscription model does not allow for a "view only" license, for example Product Development needs to view the relevant content within Highspot, but is not a customer facing role, so they do not need access to Highspot's full functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rep training and onboarding - We are able to keep our onboarding programs relevant with the most up-to-date content that is already in Highspot. It is seamless to update content and ensures it stays relevant.

Customer engagement and interaction through Highspot Pitches. Our reps are able to track their prospects engagement and interaction with each piece of content. They are also able to create customized pages to create a unique experience for each customer. Marketing is also able to leverage analytics to determine what content lands well with prospects and customers based on engagement and improve and iterate.

Content Distribution our marketing knows that when they upload or refresh content in Highspot, our reps are actively seeing and using the content. Our reps know that they have one single source of truth to come to for anything they might need to know.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a library of content that is easily accessible to share relevant and timely information and understand how and when our clients consume the information we are sending.

I love the pitchstyles and being able to create a "white-glove" service when providing multiple resources early on in our discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to transfer pitchstyles for tracking and editing to additional users as the client moves through various stages of a prospecting cycle and new team members get involved.

When updating content that has a linked pitch associate with the content, it would be extremely helpful for the update to be made effective for the same link and not require a new one to be generated. This would reduce manual effort required to go back and update existing templates with the new links.

Search functionality could be improved to show more targeted results when searching for specific topics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Highspot to address remote learning and provide a ton of resources for new team members to become familiar with. Additionally, we use highspot to provide valuable content to our clients and have visibility into how they are consuming the content. This allows us to have a more targeted approach when identifying possible opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your organization is seeking a way for your teams to collaborate and improve sales prospecting strategy then you should look into Highspot.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Highspot is the repository of information that is quickly accessible with the ability to add that information into emails easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful to me about highspot is the reporting. I do not use this function much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to get questions answered that I am looking for by leveraging Highspot. This allows me to be efficient in my role for my job.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using Highspot are the ease of use and the great functionality. As a Salesforce Administrator I've always struggled with having my training and administrative documentation storage. No solution has worked to my liking until Highspot. It's great to be in the same system that our Sellers are using for pitches in that they're already familiar with how things work and they're already in the system day to day anyway. I also love our ability to configure our Revenue Operations Spot to work like a library for all of our documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like everything I've been able to configure in Highspot - nothing I can think of in terms of a "dislike".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing documentation for training and administrative updates. The level of customized organization we're able to configure has made a huge difference in how we're able to relay information to our Sellers.
