Great UI/UX
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use, intuitive platform and the site design. Its so great to go to one location and have key resources readily and easily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not anything I dislike about Highspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping our Go-to-Market team inform and educate our clients by providing important information and collateral that's easily accessible and shareable.

What do you like best about the product?
All departments having access to internal and external communications in one spot saves so much time and headaches. Highspot also makes our external collateral look so professional and polished.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the organization/categories that our company created can be confusing, so I'd recommend creating an organization strategy and communicating it well to employees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All content is always the most updated version, we no longer have to triple check that what we're sending to the public is approved or up to date.

Will need a team dedicated to managing this.
The Future of Sales Enablement and Content Management
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use interface, new members to Highspot are able to quickly figure out the system and how to navigate to the content they seek.; the intuitive analytics and reporting are great for improving 1) the collateral we create and 2) getting greater insights into sales outreach; the customization to best meet my company's needs. I love that we were able to brand it in our company's colors and style.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that when you send a pitch to multiple people, you cannot see who opened what. It only shows the number of times content was opened. Other than that, I would say that since it's so different from what most sales professionals have used in the past, it can be hard to convince them to change their preference and adopt a new tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to easily keep all of our collateral organized in one place. It's intuitive, so we know whenever we need to update or refresh content. I like that it gives users the ability to make suggestions on the content so we can always improve our sales collateral. We've also found it's a great resource for onboarding as it is a one stop shop for informational resource.
For sales enablement, I've heard from my team that this is the future of sales. It's a fast and easy way of sending informational content/collateral to clients or prospects. The tool also provides impressive analytics that we never had in the past.

If you have a lot of collateral that you need to keep track of - Highspot is a great tool to help with that. If you want greater insights into sales activity, it's also an excellent tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Highspot has some incredible features - it is pretty intuitive, accepts live feedback from reps and is easy to add, remove, and move content around the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a better option for dynamic content and I wish the search capability was better (they have options to work around this but would be great if it was great from the start).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Revenue teams have the resources, tools, and stories they need when they need it. Meaning they are informed, aligned, and ready to sell and support our client's thanks to Highspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Smartpages/ ability to host related content in one place. this allows our reps to find curated content for their needs quickly. I also love the ability to embed videos and webpages to host everything in one place without having to click through multiple pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
the search feature is too wide ranged and can be difficult to find content with. its also a blocker when you save a piece of content to a spot and bookmark it else where, you can only edit the page from where it's saved. It would be easier if you can edit/upload new version/ etc from any page its saved to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
quick, easy, accessible content that takes little time to update or replace. this allows marketing, sales enablement, and other depts to share content quickly in a centralized location. reps know if they are looking for content they need to check Highspot.

What do you like best about the product?
We switched over to Highspot a little over a year ago and it's been fantastic. Our reps love Highspot. It's super easy for them to find the content they need, edit it within the platform and send it out to their clients/prospects. The analytics are very detailed and allow us to get insight into who is using the platform, what they're doing within the platform and also how the content we're creating is performing/being used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. This is a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to ensure our reps could locate the latest and greatest content, as well as be efficient in how they send that content our to clients and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to centralize all of our content for all of our teams. Now instead of Teams having decentralized file folders with limited access for everyone, all users can see content and training that is relevant to them and their role in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics suite could use some enhancement. However, I fully realize the analytics suite is sufficient for most uses. If you need very deep correlational analytics, a BI tool is helpful.

The biggest problem solved by our company has been getting all collateral into a single database that can be easily navigated. A big benefit is sales reps are no longer just downloading a piece of collateral and using it forever, but are now accessing and ensuring content is current and up to date.

Highspot empowers sales reps with the latest marketing materials and messaging. This helps our reps quickly find and share what they need with prospects during the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are really good at what they have. There are little things that I would like to see such as the ability to organize content on pages. However, I am sure it is coming since their product quickly evolving.

Before Highspot, sales reps used to email a presentation from one person to another and save it on their desktop. When it was ready to share with a prospect, they would email it. The problem with this is the content wasn't easy to find, wasn't as high-quality, and we had a major version control issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Our contacts, negotiations, and sales are not hard to handle. Along with its unbelievable layout and very easy to find out the tool enables you to get all in one spot. Along with increasing the revenues of ours for calls and negotiations with future and old customers, the device helps me as well as the team of mine to conclude sales as well as orders a lot. Our prospecting staff handled the leads easily and quickly, making our business a lot more effective and organised.
