What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I now have one place where I can drive all of our go-to-market teams in order to find content is so valuable. I can permission all of the content and Highspot's search is extremely powerful. I spend less time searching for content myself, and the sales professionals I support come to me less often to find what they are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge with Highspot is some of the administrative elements. For the end-user looking for content and pitching it out, HighSpot works exceptionally well. They do have room to grow when it comes to configuring and maintaining the site. Sometimes it can be hard to build out a page the way you want, but this has not prevented me or my team from being able to support the team at large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving with Highspot are two-fold. The first was finding a one-stop-shop for all internal and external go-to-market materials. The repository needed to be searchable, have strong permissioning and have a good design for the amount of content we have created.
The second problem was helping our go-to-market teams leverage the content in better ways. Highspot allows you to send content to customers through integrations with Gmail, and reps can see who has viewed it and for how long. Also, the pitching feature allows reps to send customized microsites that look very professional.

What do you like best about the product?
The support we get from our Highspot account team is fantastic. They are always super responsive to any technical questions I have and also meet with us regularly to review our business goals and make adjustments to our solution or approach to using it to achieve those goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We have worked with them for nearly 2 years and the relationship has been nothing short of amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are connecting out sellers with the enablement assets that they need on a day to day basis. It allows us to be nimble by connecting / interfacing with our GDrive so any edits we make to materials there are automatically reflected in Highspot. It also allowing our reps to very easily share relevant materials with prospects during the sales cycle, and track the prospects interest.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Highspot. Its easy to administer and allows us to quickly build pages and sites to house our enablement and engagement material for our ever changing industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to create pitches, track pitch engagement, and update pitches with additional content or new versions of the same content if needed after the initial launch. I also appreciate access to email notifications when a prospect/customer engages with pitch content. As a sales professional, these are valuable tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a seamless integration with Hubspot to visualize email engagement and content engagement on a single dashboard. The only other issue is that you cannot see the specific individuals or email IDs that accessed the content when setting up a pitch that was accessed by multiple people. An extension of that would be to have the ability to learn when a pitch was forwarded to others in the recipient's organization. Besides that, I cannot think of any other downsides, in particular, it is a really robust product. In certain ways, the feature set is so rich that it is not immediately clear how to access all the advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Highspot to simplify sales enablement, centralization of field documents, and all our marketing assets. It is a convenient tool to enable cross-team collaboration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be helpful to get a quick round of orientation before starting to use the tool. The solution's capability set is actually pretty rich and took me a while to discover on my own. In fact looking through G2 reviews, I am now observing a whole host of features that I had not used thus far and would certainly adopt go forward!
Great Product & Great Customer Service! Highly Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking. Being in sales, it's super helpful to know when a prospect and/or client is viewing a sales deck, content, pricing slide, etc. Highspot shows you when the click it, their location & how long they've spent on each piece of content. This is especially helpful for when Salesloft isn't able to track open/click's via their platform. (kind of acts as a second layer). It's also really easy to upload doc's into highspot. Overall, it's much "cleaner" then sending a powerpoint or pdf.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We have an awesome account manager (Jake O'Brien) who is accessible if I ever have any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining workflow. Creating folders for specific pieces of collateral grouped by team. Tracking opens, clicks, location, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Already recommended Highspot to my last sales manager (previous company). Excited to continue using it. Will be sure to recommend it moving forward as well.

Perfect for Sellers Customized Follow-up
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot provides a great content platform for sellers to organize the marketing-generated materials and share them out with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are pretty basic and not the same level of quality you would build for your marketing campaigns

Highspot is THE destination for our sellers and customer success team to access finished marketing content and training materials

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and updates my pipeline within Sales Force with each of my communications. I can track views and see if/when the attached collateral is opened and/or shared.

There is nothing I dislike about this product.

No duplicate data entry. Updates multiple systems with my activities.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to sort through content by document type, product, industry, region, etc. however your priorities are set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislike, but having a limited number of licenses means we still have to share content with some team members through other ways (google drive, dropbox, etc.) as they don't have access to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for sharing collateral as it becomes available with team members directly through HighSpot. They can sort by what they need and find the most relevant version and use it without coming back to marketing with questions on where things are!
Fantastic sales enablement platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the rich set of features in the Highspot platform, allowing for coordinated collaboration and enablement across multiple teams. Specifically, email pitches and pitch styles help our account executive team send great marketing content to their prospects, where they won't lose the content in their email inbox since the account executives can continue adding new content week over week to the pitch styles. The analytics are also powerful for email pitches, they help our account executive team know who specifically from the account viewed the content in their email pitch, expediting conversations and sales cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many opportunities for customization, so it does require multiple people to take ownership of the tool across Sales, Marketing, & Customer Success mainly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot solves the problem of sales enablement and collaboration by providing a central content repository for all teams to access and then go-to-market with by using the tools within the platform ie. pitches and sales plays. The benefits are on the prospect and customer end, helping to provide them with the content they need in a personalized way to make educated buying or expansion decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking and reporting! We use tracking and reporting as part of our KPIs for our group so we know we are making good content that is being used by the field. We also use tracking and reporting to remove content that isn't working, or to go back to it to update it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The searching could be a little smarter so it is easier to find that exact piece of content that you need. Spots help to navigate end users, but folks are so used to searching that we think they use that the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Highspot to ensure everyone is using the same template, the same reactive messaging, and the same content globally in their role. It has solved for old versions of our messaging or Success Managers using responses to customers that are not legally approved.
